I told Jorden to meet me at the park for us to work on the project about starting 7th grade. I got dressed and just wore a normal shirt and some jeans. I just wore a sweatshirt over my normal shirt so I wasn't cold and plus I wore my all time favorite shoes my adidas duh.
I walked all the way to "Bryan's Park" and waited about 1 hour for him but he never showed up and he did indeed text me he was coming which frustrates me ugh why do people always have to do this.
When I went back to school he and his friends made fun of me that a guy like him would hangout with a girl like me but the thing was that Jorden didn't really look like he wanted to make fun of me he looked kind of sad that he was. Me and Kayla ignored them as much as possible but I knew we still had to work on the project. At English I still had to sit next to him. His friend passed him a note which had my name in it I looked in the corner of my eye so I could see what it said it basically talked about how his friend felt bad for him since he had to sit next to me.
I raised my hand and asked the teacher if I could use the bathroom then I ran off everyone was staring since I started to cry. Jorden's face looked like he knew why I ran away he sadly put his head down. When I came back he actually said something to me.
"Hey, I'm sorry that my friends made fun of you the real reason I couldn't go to the park was because I couldn't go out because I was grounded because they caught me sneaking out of the house when I wasn't supposed to" he said guilty.
"Yeah okay sure just tell me you don't want to work on the project with me" I said to him.
"I do want to work on it with but right now I'm grounded I cant go anywhere after school if you want we can work o it at my house" He said.
"No thanks I'm just going to go" I said. Finally the bell rang on the right time. After, 3 hours after school I got a text from Jorden. He texted me: "Hey Melody, sorry I can't do the project with you because I would hate to see that ugly face of yours." I was devastated when I read that I thought he was nice apparently not.
