Confused Feelings (Tododeku)

Midoriya POV

After Todoroki, Momo, and Bakugo had found me we had started to walk back to Aizawa sensei and All Might. Well Todoroki and Momo at least. Bakugo had left ahead of time. I'm surprised her stayed with them to find me this long.

We had finally made it to Aizawa sensei and All Might as they called for all the students to come back. The activity seemed to last only thirty minutes though, so we were left to train together. "Where were you Yagi chan!" (Yagi is the name Midoriya chose for his girl self. His class still doesn't know besides Momo, Bakugo, Todoroki and Uraraka) "This was by far the hardest game of hide and seek ever!" Mina yelled at me. Others soon joined in awaiting my response to give away where I was. "U-uh I was in a closet of this apartment." I stutterd scratching my the back if my head. They all looked at me with dumbfounded expressions. Luckily Aizawa sensei broke the tension. "Since the exercise is over we're going to practice one on one. Go back to class and grab your hero costumes, meet me back here within ten minutes." He said in his monotone voice. We all did as instructed. As I grabbed my hero costume I started to walk to the boys locker room. I was reaching to open the door when Bakugo grabbed my wrist. "What the hell are you thinking Deku?!" She yelled at me griping my wrist. "Ow Kacchan, you're hurting me!" I said wincing at the pain. He noticed and let go. "This is the boys room and I don't know if you noticed but you don't seem to be a boy shitnerd." He said calmly. "You're lucky it was just me or else they would've thought something." He said with a sigh. "W-wait that's right I have to change into my hero costume! But my hero costume is my hero costume! They're gonna find out I have to tell them today! No no no-" I was cut off from my rant as I felt a hand on my shoulder, I traded it back to it's source and it was Bakugo. "It'll be fine. They already seem to like you and they liked you before, and... I'm here." I looked at him and turned red. I felt so happy he was there for me my body moved on it's own. I gave him a big hug and smiled staring deep into his eyes. "You're right Kacchan! Thank you so much!" I said hugging him tighter. To my surprise he hugged me back. I let go realising anyone could show up. "I-I need to g-go change uh I'll see you out there!" I said before running to the girls locker room and changing into my costume. Due to my change in appearance and all my costume didn't fit. I got lucky when it came to my uniform because if Momo. I thought maybe she could make me a costume but she was already gone. I seemed to be the last in the locker room. I put my hero costume on that had been big on me and walked to join my class.

As soon as I walked out everyone's eyes darted at me. I turned pale and managed a few words barley that of a whisper. "H-hey guys." I said scratching the back of me head. They all gasped and ran to me. "This is Midoriyas costume!" -Mina
"Mi-Midoriya!" -Kirishima
"How in the world did you- what I-" Hagakure.
"Toko kun and I thought so" -Tsuyu.
The comments just kept coming till I ran and hid behind Todoroki. He turned his head to look at me trembling gripping the back of his costume. "Good job Izuku." He said with a small smile. The class was in a state if shock and confusion till Momo spoke up. "Yes this is Midoriya. Todoroki, Uraraka, Bakugo and I have known this. We will treat her the same as we always have though." She glanced at me and smiled. "If you have something to say, say it now." She added. Everyone exchanged looks and seemed to have the same thought. Besides Mineta, he had just been rethinking everything he saw in Midoriyas room with Todoroki. Iida spoke, "Midoriya how did this happen?" He said looking at me. "W-well yesterday I was in the park with Shouto and this guy bumped into me and then I woke up in Recovery Girls room as a girl." I said thinking back.
They were still awestruck. To be honest it kinda annoyed me. I breathed in, then out and walked from behind Todoroki. "So uh, that's about it." I said twiddling my thumbs. "Ok. I see. So you Midoriya are now a girl. How much has changed within you?" Iida asked with hand gestures. "Well I'm the same me, I guess. I uh, everything down to the way my body functions now is the same as a girl." I said glancing at Bakugo who hadn't believed me. No one said anything but their glares and stares changed. The girls had twisted grins, along with Mineta and the guys gave me a look of concern.

Thats when Momo walked to me. "Well you can't fight in your costume so I'll make you a new one. Come with me Izu Chan." She said grabbing my hand. Finally Aizawa sensei said something. What was he even doing during all this? "Well class now that you know, get into pairs of two. Momo and Midoriya will be together so that's already one pair. This is a team exercise so you have five minutes." I heard this as I was still walking with Momo holding my hand.

"Momo senpai, will you help me after school with this?" I asked looking into her eyes. She slightly blushed and pulled me into a hug. "Of course Izu Chan! Just stop by my dorm when you're ready." I broke from the hug and gave a smile. "Thank you Momo senpai!" And with that we walked back to the girls locker room where she made my costume.

Todoroki POV

Momo and Midoriya were out if sight after Aizawa sensei finished his instructions. I was planning on being with Midoriya for this but now I'm at a loss. My thoughts kept wondering back to the apartment.

Flashback

Bakugo and I were waiting outside the door when they were talking about me. "I'm tired of waiting and hearing all this shit. I'm going back to Aizawa." He said walking out. I'm glad he did because I didn't want him to hear anything they said about me. I leaned my head on the door and closed my eyes. "Well I'm one of his closets friends so I know a lot about him. I know he's not well, I know he loves you a lot and well he's never showed interest in anyone. So I think he just loves whoever gets loves." I opened my eyes quickly at how Momo just confessed my feelings to Midoriya.  I couldn't quite hear what Midoriya said after that but Momo was very loud. "Of course!" She shouted. "But do you Izumi Chan?" She asked in a serious tone. I turned red, waiting desperately to hear what Midoriya would say. "I- I really do!" She shouted that and it made my heart skip a beat. I couldn't handle it but I needed to control my emotions.

End if flashback

I didn't realize it but thinking about it made me smile. I got some confused looks because I don't smile around them. We still needed to pick our partners though, that brought me down to earth. Who do I pick if I can't have Midoriya? I looked at Bakugo. Guess he's my only option. I started to walk over to him when he looked at me, full of anger in his eyes. "What do you want half and half!" He yelled getting the classes attention. "Be my partner." I said in my monotone voice. "Ha why should I?!" He laughed. "Wouldn't you want to be with that shitnerd that Deku!" As soon as he said that I understood what he meant. He was jealous and I could hear it in his voice. "I don't know if you're really that arrogant or if youre just stupid but I guess it doesn't matter. No one else here wants to be your partner. So you're left with me." I said with a smug look. This earned some gasps and laughs from the class.

This reminded me of what Tsuyu said about Bakugo acting strange after the sports festival. I think I found out why. He likes Midoriya. Now that Midoriyas a girl this might if just helped him out. I didn't care if Midoriya was a girl or a boy I loved her. But I guess this was also better because at least my father wouldn't kill her or I.  But, Bakugo has realised something about Midoriya hasn't he. Oh well. It's not of concern, I know who Midoriya really is and who she needs! And Bakugo is not who she needs!
