Chapter 2: Smile!
"I'm proud of you."
Liam's voice echoed in Zayn's head as he stares at the coffin, bidding a last goodbye to his love. To say he loved Liam was an understatement. He was his life.
Jerry's gaze was pitiful. He wished no one had to go through something like this. Things like these crushes souls along with hearts. He knows the pain Zayn is suffering from, he knows what's it like to lose someone you love. His hands rested over Zayn's shoulder. He wasn't as close with Zayn than he was with Liam but he understood Zayn more than anyone there. He suppressed a sob at the coffin infront of him. Everyone was heartbroken at the news, everyone except Zayn.
Zayn's eyes were burning. You could literally see what help looks like in those eyes, the heartbreak, the pain, the lost, the anger, and need for revenge and Justice. Everything that he thought he had abandoned long time ago seemed to resurface at this day.
"The fire of revenge is burning." Drew chuckled to himself you seeing Zayn. "Nice to see you again, Z." He mumbles at he joins the crowed grieving for the loss of Liam.
"Inspector J. Drew. FBI." Drew introduced himself to the cop next him. The cop nods in acknowledgement, "David." He introduced before giving him a skeptical look;
"FBI? Didn't thought this case would have FBI interested as well." He snorts taking a puff from his cigarette. Drew grimaces at the cop, he's never liked smoking in public.
"It's true, we're not interested in the case exactly-" he motions to Zayn,"-but in his story."
David raised a brow questioningly, "Why? "
Drew shook his head as he puts on his glasses, "Just get this: Find Liam's murder as soon as you can, because if he sets out to find him, it'll be hell on Earth." David's eyes widened as he nods.
"What's so special about it? His story?"
Drew chuckles at the response, "They say, every story has the hero, the heroine, and the Villain. But this story, is about the Villain."

"Excuse me! Hey! Hey no media inside! Excuse me!" The cop enquired the crowed of media journalists. The cop turns toward the leader,"What are you doing why have you brought the media?!"Liam smirked,"Soooo, all of you can get a picture together-" he points to the cops at the back, "-and we could print in the paper so that the whole city could know you're the ones-" his tone drops from admirable the disgusted, "- the group of sh*thheads who are refusing to help a child whose being abused at his own home. What kind of cops are you?!" Liam says, disgusted.
"How about you mind your f*cking business, prick." Peter, the father of the girl Liam is taking about, speaks up from behind the cop.
Liam crossed his arms over his chest, "Your daughter came to me for help, so this is supposedly my business, Peter." Liam doesn't bother to give the man any respect. He had no respect for someone like him. Peter glares at Liam but keeps his mouth shut and he waited for the cops to do something. Liam turned to give the cop a look,
"You save him, you lose your job, you give Justice, you become the hero. Choice is yours." Liam's voice was threatening and he had the cop under him. The cop noticed the media reporters waiting for his actions so he gave a sorry look to Peter before dragging him inside a cell.
