*After a few days*

Juliet's POV

I woke when mom banged on the door and found that I was already late to school since I had switched off the alarm and slept again. I jumped out of my bed and rushed to the washroom, did all what I had to do, got into my uniforms and hurried to school.

I entered school while the bell was ringing and was just on time. I hope no one notices me coming late especially Salman or else I would get embarrassed.

Oh wait! Did I just mention Salman? But why? Why would I get embarrassed if he sees me coming late? I couldn't find an answer to my own question. I don't understand why I got such an annoying thought.

"Hey Good Morning! Why late huh? Seems like someone had a deep sleep last night"

Aliza said pulling me out of my thoughts.

I took time to figure out what she said and then replied,

"Good Morning Allie! Uh.. Yeah I overslept because I slept late last night"

"Well, you are just on time and I'm glad that you escaped from Ma'am Hannah"

"Yeah, Thank God!"

I smiled and we walked to class.

The weather is too hot today and the periods we had after break was not that easy. We could not concentrate well. We pleaded from all the teachers who came to class to take us out to the gardens at the school so that we can get some fresh air and concentrate more on our studies but none regarded what we suggested.

We had English in the last two periods. Our English teacher is the same teacher who teaches the grade above us, 'our seniors'. Its weird to call them 'our seniors' because we are best friends and we don't respect them as seniors.

So, even though our English teacher was very kind and pleasant, she didn't allow us to go out to study. She doesn't want to take us out because when we go out to study at the garden, our thoughts will get drifted away due to the lovely environment and the fresh breeze there. We would go to our own dream worlds and not concentrate in the lesson. After pleading for around five minutes, she started the lesson after refusing.

Not more than five minutes after the teacher started the lesson,

"Gosh! Where is that stink coming from?"

Olivia said whilst raising her palms to cover her nose.

None of us smelt anything bad so we all looked at her as if though her nose is senseless or something. The teacher paused for a while, looked at Olivia and continued the lesson ignoring her as if though something's wrong with her.

While the teacher's gaze was glued to the book, Olivia gestured us to do the same.

"Ugh! Miss, I thought Olivia was lying, but now I get the stink too" Aliza responded.

"Phew! Yeahhhh" Said Anna covering her nose

And I also did the same, "It's a weird odour"

When the teacher wasn't noticing us we turned around the class and told them also to cover their noses, but none of the big shots obeyed us except for one or two guys who maybe were interested to go out to the gardens and have some fun.

Finally the teacher looked up at us and told, "Well, I of course didn't get any foul odour. Perhaps, something's wrong with my nose. C'mon lets go out"

"Thanks Miss" we cheered.

"But under a condition". She paused. "You guys shouldn't distract the other classes by making noise nor should you'll get distracted by the chirps of the birds and other stuffs"

"Sure Miss, We promise".

Those students who refused to do the drama with us, I mean the drama of the stink in the classroom, we; all four of us turned to them and gave a victorious smirk and walked to the gardens.

We looked like those birds who were set free from their stuffy cage. The huge tall trees above us protected us from the heat of the burning sun in the sky while the other tiny plants swung here and there giving us fresh air to breathe in. We sat on the wooden benches and logs and kept up the promise what we made to the teacher just before we came here.

It was a peaceful afternoon and it seemed like all of us understood the lesson than we do in class and the teacher was contented. When we heard the last bell ringing we greeted our teacher and left to our classroom while the teacher made her way to the staff room. The day was long and tiring but we enjoyed the last few hours. Since break I haven't seen the boys and I hope their day was good too.

Once the last bell rang, Aliza, Anna and Olivia and I headed out with our bags hanging behind our shoulders. We walked down the stairs and then to the waiting area where we wait till our vehicle comes to pick us.

Not more than five minutes passed Anna's dad came to pick her and I watched her getting into the vehicle and going. Then my driver came and I went home along with my siblings leaving behind Aliza and Olivia. Usually Aliza's vehicle comes a little later than ours.

As soon as I went home, after throwing my shoes and bag away to its respective places, I went to the dining hall and found mom waiting for us after serving rice for all of us. I pull out a chair and sit after washing my hands. I grab my plate and start eating having a few conversations with mom and my siblings.

The day was tiring, so I couldn't think of anything else other than sleeping. I went up to my room and before I remove my uniform I fell asleep.

After a sleep of three hours, I had a wash and changed into my pajamas since it was almost night. After having a wash I started sneezing for around five minutes without stopping. Usually when I sneeze I sneeze for around five times and then I stop, but this time I sneezed more than twenty times I guess, anyway I lost count.

I ignored it and hoped mom didn't hear because she was probably downstairs in the kitchen.

When night approached I felt my throat dry up and it started aching. I thought I might be getting a cold and drank some hot water. I didn't tell mom about it because she wouldn't allow me to go to school tomorrow and I don't want to skip school, I want to be present every day and enjoy every day of school with my friends.

That's all for today!

Quite boring yeah?
