Chapter 27 - The confession

After lying in the sun for 4 hours straight you start to get a bit on edge and uncomfortable.

"Tom!" I shouted. He was messing around in the pool with the rest of the lads while me and Ellie were sunbathing.

"Yeah" 

"I am gonna go back up to the room with Ellie, ok?" 

"Sure, I'll be up in a bit babe" I smiled. He can be really cute when he wants to be. I turned to Ellie and pulled one of her headphones out of her ear.

"You're coming with me, we need to talk" I said. She frowned. We both sat there looking at each other.

"So are you gonna give me any clue to what this is about or are we gonna just sit here and stare at each other?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Just comon! I will tell you when we are in the room" I gathered up my things and started walking back to the hotel room, with Ellie just behind me.

I pened the door with the roomkey and pushed Ellie in. She walked straight up to the bed and collapsed down on it.

"What?" She said.

"So are you gonna tell me what is going on with you and Nathan or do I have to guess?" She sat up and crossed her legs. I sat down next to her and pulled her into a hug.

"I don't know what to do Ally. I really like him, and I am scared that he dosen't feel the same way. And if he did feel the same way and we got together, he would break my heart. Just like he did" She was crying by this point.

"Who's he? Did he hurt you?" I was getting worried now. The whole time that I have known her, she had never cryed like this. And she never opens up like this either.

"A few months before we became friends, I was dating someone called Josh. He was kind and thoughtful, and I thought that he loved me. But he didn't love me. He didn't love me or any of the other girls. He just used us"

"What do you mean?"

"He...he was sleeping with other girls behind my back. But what made it worse was the fact that he treaed them the exact same way that he treated me" I pulled her in for another hug. I had never been in a situation like this before, so I didn't know how to react.

"Not all guys are like him, okay. You know Nathan. He wouldn't hurt a fly" She started laughing. "What are you laughing at?" SHe was laughing harder now.

"You... j-just said Na-Nathan wouldn't hurt a..a fly" She was crying with laughter now and I was laughing too. The door swung open.

"What's happening in here then? And why are you two crying and laughing at the same time?" Asked a very confsed Tom.

"It dosen't matter" I turned back round to Ellie " You know what you need to do" She nodded. She went over to the mirror and wiped the mascara that had flooded down her face from when she was crying and walked towards the door. Just as she was about to walk out she tunred back.

"Thanks Ally" She said before walking down the corridor to Nathan's room.

"So everythings okay?" Tom asked.

"Everythings perfect" I replied and pulled him into a hug.
