A/N: *LITERALLY SIX MONTHS LATER* I'm an actual horrible human being. And the worst part is that I have absolutely no excuse. What am I doing with my life?
Not writing apparently... ._.
I did get a job though but that was recently. So I still don't have an excuse.
ALERT!!: I'M SORRY IN ADVANCE!! (YOU'LL UNDERSTAND WHY IN A MINUTE!)
×Castiel, Third Person Perspective; The Next Day (Time Skip Brought to You by Charlie's Broken Computer Bits on the Floor in the Bathroom of a Sketchy Ass Motel Room...I'm sorry.)×
The next day, Dean had said he was going to pick Castiel up for school. So Cas waited on the porch and, sure enough, around 7:45 the beautiful black Chevy Impala pulled into his driveway, blaring Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap by AC/DC. He smiled and jogged to the car. Sam was sitting in the front seat so he slid into the back.
"Hello Dean.. Sam," Cas said over the loud music, closing the door.
"Hey Cas!" Sam beamed. Dean just waved. Cas could tell he wasn't a morning person.
Castiel looked out the window as Dean drove, trying to become more familiar with the new area. They soon pulled into the parking lot and parked. Dean turned off the car and got out. Sam and Cas followed suit. Sam immediately ran off to do heaven knows what.
"Hey," Dean started, "Bobby said he needed to talk to me about something so I gotta go. The cafeteria, gym, and library are open in the mornings for the students. Or you could roam the halls as some do. I'll meet back up with you in first hour, okay?" Dean flashed a charming smile that made Cas' knees go a little weak.
Fuck.
"Sure," Castiel stated, returning the smile. He watched as Dean walked away before making his way to the cafeteria.
As he was walking, he noticed his stomach start churning. This usually happened right before something bad did.
Oh no...
The feeling got worse as he neared the cafeteria. Maybe it's nothing, he thought to himself. However, as he entered the cafeteria, he realized it was definitely not nothing.
He couldn't believe his eyes. In fact, he hoped he was seeing things.
Sitting at the jock's table was none other than the main reason that he had to move to this stupid school in the first place. The one person who had made his life a living hell. Who humiliated him. The reason that his whole family had to move.
His ex best friend.
Balthazar Roché.
Castiel's heart started pounding in his chest. He tried to escape the cafeteria as quickly as possible, but it wasn't quick enough. Balthazar looked up and saw him. At first, he was shocked, but then a smirk played it's way onto his lips.
"Hey, guys," Balthazar said to the rest of the table as he stood, "check this out."
Balthazar jogged over to Castiel and slammed his hand on the wall in front of Cas as he was walking. "Sup, fag?" Balthazar asked loudly, smirking.
