4:26 p.m.

It was the weekend and I was at Walmart getting some stuff for Queenie. Kayden was in the cart playing with a toy. But he will put it back when it is time to go. Picking up some green beans. I felt someone tapped on my shoulders.

I was hesitant to turn around. I turned around facing a smiling Egypt. "Hey Treasure" Egypt said as she hugged me and I hugged her back.

"Hey" I said as we broke loose from the hug. "Who is this handsome man" she said looking at Kayden and Kayden looked up and then look back down at the toy. I giggled a little.

"This is my brother Kayden; he is a little quiet, well he is quiet and don't say nothing at all, only if he wants to" I said as I put Kayden hair out of his face.

"Well what is you doing here" she asked, so I had to make up a lie. "Kayden wanted to come here" Kayden looked at me like bihh you know you lying.

"Well who is you with" I asked her as I put the green beans in the cart. "With my brother and my mom" She said pointing at her mom who is coming towards us. I began to get nervous, because I never met nobody mama except mines.

"Ma this is Treasure, Treasure this is my mom Roselinda" she said as I held out my hand. "Hi Mrs.White" I said as I was scared of the way how she gonna react.

Why Walmart,?Why couldn't we do this at her house? Instead of shaking my hand, she gave me a hug.

"No don't call me Mrs, call me mama Roselinda" She said as I heard the spanish in her voice. "Oh god who is this handsome young man" She said went over to Kayden pinching his cheeks.

"That is Kayden" I said smiling.

"Well I have to get going so I can get Kayden home to eat" I said.

"Alright honey, it's nice meeting you" I said hugging Mama Roselinda and Egypt.

"It's nice meeting you too" I said as I walked off and told Kayden to put the toy down and went to the Register.

5:30 p.m.

I walked inside the house: seeing my mom knocked out on the couch. I walked to the Kitchen and started cooking.

30 minutes later I was done cooking chicken and Pasta. I called Kayden down to eat and my momma came in the kitchen and got her food and went into her room. I also got me a plate.

I eat now and then, but not all the time. I was thinking about am I going to prom, but I changed my mind.

I'm just going to hurry the hell up and graduate. Kayden seems sleepy so I got him and put him in the room to sleep.

I don't know why he always so sleepy. I went downstairs and the dishes and the kitchen.

When I was done I sat down on the old rusty couch and turned the TV.

I better enjoy it, before it last.

6:27 p.m.

"Damieon, why you don't like her, she such a sweet girl" my mom kept ranting on and on Treasure and that shit was aggravating.

"Ma that girl got a baby; she probably a hoe" I said as I got up from the couch and went into the Kitchen to get away from my mom and just my luck she started following me.

She smack the back of my head.

"Ma you gotta stop that" I said rubbing the back of my head.

"Boy Hush antes de que te noquear" (Boy hush before I knock you out). I smacked my teeth.
