Chapter 30: Splashing Stars

Ishida sighed then looked at me.

"You didn't let me finish ms. Hitsugaya, if you don't try to use all of it at once then you wont risk yourself"

I let a sigh of relief, then ichigo yawned

"Let's get going Kate"

I nodded then followed ichigo

I waved good-bye to chad and ishida, they walked away after that

"Ichigo, how have you been over the years?"

He looked at me then I blushed a bit, stop looking weak Kate

"Fine I geuss, everything with me and the soul society are solved and all I basicly

do is protect Karakura town from hollows"

I nodded, I don't know if I should tell him I was in Hueco Mundo

"How have you been?"

We were walking through the city, he wanted to go to the park

"I trained at my mom's and Toshirou helped me out, she wouldn't let dad come near me while I was over

her house"

"Even your mom has something against hat and clogs?"

That's what he calls my dad since he wears wooden clogs and a green striped hat

"I wish you would address my family by the names they go by"

He smiled at me then I gave him a mad look

"Too bad Kate, anyways it's saturday so is your dad enrolling you back to school?"

"Of course, how else am I supposed to get a education around here?"

I laughed then he sighed

"Well, your going to Karakura high right?"

I nodded, that's the only high school around here and my birthday is real soon so I would be

a junior, with ichigo because he's 17

"Ichigo, I have to go to the soul society in a month so I can check in with my squad captain,

but I'm only visiting for a couple of days so be aware"

Ichigo put his hand on my head then gave me a stupid look.

"I've got a good question"

I gave him a questioned look.

"When we were little where did you go all the time?"

I scratched my head then looked down

"I well, was a soul reaper, so I had to do my job and-"

Ichigo lightened up then gave a concerned look

"You weren't at your moms, you never mentioned your mom until you had to suddenly leave, and

don't lie to me Kate"

I looked down and then looked at his eyes, they were mad but concerned

"I was somewhere else, training, and it wasn't exactly in the soul society or world of the living"

"Where were you?"

I geuss I have to tell the truth.

"I was in Hueco Mundo, training with my brother"

He grabbed my shoulder.

"What the hell is Toshirou thinking?! Letting a 10 year old train in Hueco Mundo!"
