"Sir."

"Yes?"

"A phone call for you sir, from Mr. Park Geon-Seok. He said it was very important. "

"Very well. Please excuse me." Dae-Jung said as he took another sip of his drink before making his way to the guest phone.

"This had better be important Geon-Seok, I was in the process of making a business deal. A very lucrative one with a very wealthy foreign businessman."

"Han-Sol is dead." Geon-Seok stated.

"What?"

"He was found shot in head in the bathroom of a gentlemens club."

"Have the clean up crew collect and dispose of Han-Sols body. We can not have the police investigating his death. It'll give them cause to snoop around, and they're enough of a nuisance. We will talk more about this when I return."

"Yes sir, understood."

"Good. Geon-seok, I want to know who did this. I will not allow an act against me to go unpunished." Dae-Jung hung up, confident that all will be as he ordered. Though it was upsetting to lose another of his member's, he had a business to run. Casting all thought of Han-Sol's death from his mind he heades back to the ballroom to cultivate potential clients.

"Excuse me Mr. Jeon, but you have a phone call from Mr. Park again. He said it was urgent." the attendant said.

Dae-Jung nodded in thanks and made his way, once again, to the phone tucked away in an alcove in the corner of the ballroom meant to provide a semblance of privacy. "What is it now?"

"THEY'RE DEAD! THEY'RE ALL DEAD! They burned Jae-Won to death on the side of the road, Bo-Hee's throat was slit ear to ear in her apartment she might as well have been beheaded, and I found Sujo brutally beaten, he's completely unrecognizable, his neck twisted almost completely around!" Geon-Seok was full on panicking.

Dae-Jung was in shock. They're all dead? All of them? In one night? Within, what...minutes...hours, of each other? How? Who?

Words of a forgotten conversation flashed into his memory.

'I am coming for you. All of you. And I will personally send you all back to hell.'

I-It couldn't be him.

"Geon-seok! Is the Kim boy still there?!" Dae-jung demanded.

"NO, HE'S GONE, HE'S GONE! I TOLD YOU IT WAS SUICIDE TO TAKE ONE OF THEM, I TOLD YOU THEY WERE NOT TO BE MESSED WITH, BUT YOU WOULDN'T LISTEN! AND NOW THEY'RE DEAD, WE'RE DEAD." Geon-Seok began to cry uncontrollably. "I don't want to die. I didn't do anything wrong, I just observe and report. I don't want to die."

Normally Dae-Jung allows no one to speak to him that way, but he was simply too shocked by the information Geon-Seok gave him that he barely registered the disrespect.

He was brought out of his thoughts by the sound of someone gasping for air. Jeon knew he was hearing Geon-Seok struggling to breath, but shock kept him silent as he listened to Geon-Seok take his last breath before he hit the ground with a thud, the phone disconnecting with a soft click.

Jeon stood frozen, phone still pressed to his ear, the ceaseless dial tone ringing in his ear failing to wake him from his shocked state. It couldn't be him. It just couldn't be. Could it?

"Hello father."

Dae-Jung turned slowly and stared into the coldest, emptiest eyes

Dae-Jung turned slowly and stared into the coldest, emptiest eyes. For the first time in his life, Jeon Dae-Jung, truly feared his son. One look into those dark, cold, empty eyes, only confirmed what he tried to deny since Geon-seok's final phone call. Jungkook promised to personally send them all back to hell, and it looks like he did. Only he remained, and Jungkook came to collect.

Jungkook stepped closer to his father, effectively blocking him in, closing off his escape route. He leaned in, their faces just inches apart, and whispered. "Aren't you proud appa? I'm the son you always wanted me to be."

Dae-Jung felt an almost non-existant prick as Jungkook straightened and stepped back. His eyes widened in fear, disbelief, and growing shock. His mind couldn't register what had happened. It was quick and effortlessly done. Dae-jung couldn't even determine where the needle was injected, or how he didn't see it. It was only a matter of seconds before he felt the burn of the drug.

"Good bye Mr. Jeon." Voice and face void of any emotion, Jungkook turned on his heel, and walked away.

Dizzy, Dae-jung, using the wall for support, watched Jungkook return to his table as if he didn't just commit murder.  Another young man, perhaps a year or two older, stood up from the table as Jungkook approached.  They exchanged whispered words before turning in Dae-jungs direction. Neither one showing any emotion, they simply stared at him with blank eyes. The effect of the drug was working rapidly. The room continued to spin and he began to vomit, the burning intensifying, and it was getting harder to breath. He broke out into a cold sweat, and began to shake uncontrollably. The pain was unbearable, but he was unable to call for help, the drug and pain robbing him of speech. He went unseen, and unheard by everyone. Jeon recognized the boy Jungkook was with, and it was in these final moments, as Kim Taehyung stared at him with the same cold and empty eyes as Jungkook, that he realized Bangtan knew of the night's murders, helped orchestrate and commit those murders. Of that he no longer had any doubts, and that Jungkook truly was the son he always wanted. All he needed was the right trigger. Jeon had given him that trigger. By taking Kim Seokjin, Dae-jung had unleashed a monster of his own making upon him, signing his own death warrant in blood. Geon-seok was right, going against Bangtan was suicide. But it was too late. Hell had come for him, and brought with it, unspeakable pain. There was a twisting, burning sensation within his chest, and his vision began to blur.

His heart felt as if it was being squeezed in a vice

His heart felt as if it was being squeezed in a vice. His breath grew shorter every second. He made eye contact with Jungkook one last time as his heart suddenly burst.
