Puck was over at Kurt's house. Burt knew that Puck and Kurt were close friends so he wasn't surprised to see him walk into the house.
"Hey, Puckerman," Burt greeted. "Haven't been here in a while?"
"No, I've been busy with- stuff," Puck answered awkwardly. He really didn't want to talk right now.
"We'll be downstairs, Dad," Kurt excused them, seeing Puck's uncomfortableness.
Puck sat down in the familiar room as if he'd never been there before, as if he didn't want to be there.
"So... What do you want to talk about?" Kurt asked.
Puck looked at him as if to say, 'Seriously, that's the best you got?' That seemed to break the ice, and they both burst out laughing- just like old times.

They talked for hours, but not about what had happened with the kiss. They got along like none of that happened.
Eventually it got late but Kurt invited Puck to stay over, since he lived so far away. Before they fell asleep, Kurt remembered what he wanted to talk about with Puck.
"Puck?"
"Yeah."
Kurt paused. "You wanna talk about what happened in the locker room?"
"Kurt, can you just forget that happened? I don't want to think or talk about that."
"Well, I do, I think we should talk about it at some point," Kurt insisted.
"Then in the morning," Puck groaned from his pillow on the air mattress, "I'm tired."
"Since you don't want to talk about it then listen," Puck groaned again, but then turned his face towards Kurt, who was on his own bed.
"Fine. Go ahead, I'm listening."
"Why were you so mean to Blaine and being overprotective?"
"I though I was supposed to be listening, not answering questions."
"Oh, right." Kurt laughed a little. "Well will you at least answer yes or no questions?" he joked.
"No. I'm going to bed."
"But-"
"Good. Night." Puck shut off the lamp where all the light was coming from.
Kurt was thinking before he fell asleep and he had just realized how rude he must've seemed. He shouldn't be forcing Puck to talk about this with him. Before he could finish his thoughts he fell into a restless sleep, until morning came.

"Kurt! Kurt, wake up we're late!" Puck was shaking him awake.
"Wh-what-Oh, my god, what time is it?!" Kurt looked at the clock through his sleepy eyes and immediately sat up in his bed. 7:58 am; he groaned. "I forgot to set the alarm last night." The last bell rang in two minutes.
Kurt checked his phone: he had two unread text messages from Blaine. He had no time to respond, or even look at them.
The two rushed to get ready and hurried out of the house. They said their quick goodbyes to Burt as they hopped in Kurt's car.
"You have everything? I'm not coming back to the house, we're already so late." Kurt was clearly stressed.
"Let's drive!" Puck yelled.
"Oh, my Gaga, my hair's gonna look so bad today." Kurt examined his hair in the mirrors of the car.
"You look fine."
"Easy for you to say. You wake up and your hair's the same as yesterday!"
"I still think you would look good with a Mohawk, too," Puck joked. "Come on, we really need to go!"

(7:00 am: Blaine POV)
Blaine woke up on time, like every morning, at 6:00 am. He showered, picked out the perfect outfit, topped with the perfect bow tie, and used a tub of gel to fix his hair. Kurt had always wanted him to stop using hair gel and 'let his curls free,' but Blaine like his hair covered with a gel-met; it was routine and persistent.
At about seven he texted Kurt to say good morning. He waited but got no answer. He figured it was nothing and headed to school.

Blaine-
Kurt where are you? Are you sick today?Blaine sent the message and put his phone back in his pocket. He was starting to get worried because the first bell was about to ring and still no message from Kurt.
'It's nothing, he'll be here,' Blaine thought when it was time to head to class.
Sure enough, at lunch, Kurt and Puck came laughing as they walked to the table.
"Kurt, I haven't seen you all day, were you late?" Blaine asked him as he sat down.
"Yeah, I forgot to set my alarm clock and Puck had to wake me up, but by then it was almost 8 o'clock," Kurt said, as if it wasn't a big deal.
"Puck spent the night at your house?" Blaine couldn't help but feel a little jealous. He knew they were close friends, but Blaine felt left out. Not to mention the fact that, for some reason, Puck didn't even like Blaine. And the feeling was mutual.
"Yeah I came over after glee yesterday and by the time I looked at the clock, it was too late for Kurt to drive me home so he invited me to stay over." Puck said firmly and sort-of-glared at Blaine after. Kurt nudged him with his elbow and whispered for him to stop.
"Listen, I know you two aren't friends, but can you at least get along?" Kurt pleaded, using his puppy eyes on both of them.
"Hey, it's all him not me," Blaine said raising his hands as if to surrender.
"Fine, Hummel, but only because I can't say no to those eyes." Puck turned and laughed at Kurt. Blaine just gave him the death stare and neither of the laughing boys noticed
(No POV: After school)
"Hey, Kurt you wanna go to Breadstixs tonight?" Blaine said as they walked out of the high school.
"Sorry, I can't. I'm going to a movie with Puck," Kurt said, and felt guilty once again. "How about tomorrow, though?" Blaine just looked down. "Oh, come on, I know you don't like him, but I'm still gonna spend time with him, too."
"Yeah, I know that but I feel like I'm losing you to him."
"Blaine, look at me. You will always be my boyfriend. I love you." Kurt lifted Blaine's chin and kissed him.
"I know. I love you, too. But promise me, tomorrow we will spend some actual time together."
"I promise."
