A little backstory

Millie's POV
It was the ending of summer, I was kinda bummed out but yet still excited to see my friends
My friends always called me "the smart one" out of our group, sometimes it got kinda annoying but it was true
I have a 4.0 in almost everything
I had a cruel friendship broken with me and
my friend Maddie Ziegler
At this part Millie is talking about this whole thing about 4 years ago
She kept secrets from me, lied to her parents that she was hanging out with me but really just getting drunk or high and I let her say she was hanging out with me
Forcing me to have her party's at my house and blaming them on me
(I actually like Maddie Ziegler)
And you can say our friendship wasnt healthy but she was kinda the only friend I had so I didn't really do anything
Maddie is really pretty but it was too good to be true
After the whole thing of us spreading apart
Some new kid moved in to Maddie's old house
It was a boy
When he was outside watering his lawn I went outside to greet him
" hi I'm your neighbor from across the street"
"Hi nice to meet you"
"Millie"
"Noah"
"Hi Noah"
"Hi Millie"
We then just kept getting to know each other and all that
Then new people came moving in out neighborhood
Their names are Gaten,Sadie, and Caleb
We then got to know each other and we all became best friends ever
