♡ El's P.O.V ♡

I sat in my room, hopped said we were going over to the Byers for Christmas. I'm still a little shaky on the whole Christmas thing, it just doesn't make sense sometimes. I mean  the music specifically for it. It's my first Christmas, I'm very excited! I put a on a green skirt with a green white and rex Christmas sweater. I had a green scarf on and black tights. Then hopper stuck a green bow in my curly hair, I also put vanilla chap stick on because it smells nice.

" why couldn't we straighten my hair dad." I complained i liked it when it was wavy or straight better then I did curly like this.

"Because kid you hair is beautiful like this and if other people don't think so there stupid." I just smiled and turned around to walk to the car with him. We hopped in as I looked out to the white stuff called snow. I loved the snow. The first time I saw it I was in the cabin and I looked outside. I asked hopper about it, and he brought some inside for me to touch. It was cold but I liked it. I guess I zoned out because next thing I know I was at will house and we were at the door.

"Oh hey jim! Hello El you look stunning!" She smiled. I smiled down at my feet.

"Oh hey El!" Will smiled. I walked in a hugged him.

"Hi will. Did you get any letters from mike?" I asked. Mike went on a trip to Canada for 2 weeks. He wasn't able to make it home for Christmas cause of the snow but he promised he'd write me letters everyday. He usually sends them to will because I don't have a mail box.

"Yes he did and it's in my room!" Will said signalling for me to follow. I walking into his room and flop on his bed. Comfy. Suddenly Will handed me a card. I opened it to see. ' look behind you xoxo Mike. ' so I turned around to see a certain freckled boy.

"MIKE!" I squeeled as i threw my arms around him. I missed him so much.

"Hi El!" He said hugging me back.

"I missed you so much!" I smiled. I let him go to look at his features. They became more defined. He had high cheek bones and a reality hot jawline. I'd never tell him that though, u blushed.

"I missed you to!" He smiled. Then I took his hand and walked out. I stood in front of everyone in between the kitchen and their living room. I smiled.

"LOOK LOOK MIKES BACK!" I squealed again.

"Cool!" They all said. Suddenly joyce nudged hopper pointing above us. Hopper laughed, suddenly everyone look up, I just saw a little thing of leaves.

"What's that?" I asked. Everyone giggled and looked at Mike who's face was bright red.

♤ Mikes P.O.V ♤

Fuck fuck fuck fuck. It was Mistle toe, and I wanted to kiss her so bad. She looked so pretty and I love her. Fuck oh Jesus. Just kiss her Mike leave her with questions. No that's mean tell her and if she wants she'll kiss you herself. N-

"What's that?" She asked. Everyone laughed and looked at me. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuuucccckkkk. My face was probably red as a cherry.

" uh well it a plant that hangs from the ceiling..bassically it means that if two people stand under it they have to uhm.....kiss.....b-but you don't hav-" I was cut off by a pair of warm lips smashing onto mine. They tasted of vinilla, I love vinilla, I soon melted into the kiss and didn't want it to end. We soon pulled away and I was breathless. El smiled and waltz to the table to eat, and I stood there wide eyed and dazed. Everyone giggled as I snapped out of it and ran to the table and seat next to El. She grabbed my hand under the table and that HOW we stayed the whole night. I love this girl
