*about an hour later*

Madison:
night Jefferson! see you tomorrow! *leaves for home*

Jefferson:
see ya!
*after a few minuets*
I should head home to.
*gets up and goes toward the door*

*while he's walking he hears a cough*

Jefferson:
hm?
*he hears another cough coming from the ally way next to the Whitehouse*
*walks over and looks through the ally*

Hamilton:
*is sitting there shaking curled up in a torn up blanket with holes in it*

Jefferson:
Alex!?

Hamilton :
M-mr. J-Jefferson?

Jefferson:
what are you doing out here!? where are your parents!?

Hamilton:
I- *cough cough* I don't have parents, I just d-didn't expect it t-to get so c-cold.

Jefferson:
why don't you come back to the Whitehouse and warm up.

Hamilton:
I'm f-fine...

Jefferson:
*picks him up anyway*
Jesus your cold!

Hamilton:
r-really I'm f-fine!

Jefferson:
shut up.
*takes him inside and sets him next to the fire place before lighting it and giving him a nice fluffy blanket*
I'm gonna make you some hot chocolate.

Hamilton:
*is vary quiet*

Jefferson:
here *hands him the cup of coco*

Hamilton:
thanks...

Jefferson:
so how long were you out there?

Hamilton:
since you guys closed the daycare...

Jefferson:
...
*feels bad*

*after a few minuets*

Hamilton:
*struggles to keep his eyes open*

Jefferson:
you tired kid?

Hamilton:
mhmm...
*leans on Jefferson slowly curling up against him burying his face in the warm blanket*

Jefferson:
hm? *looks at Hamilton*
*smiles*

>early morning<

Madison:
you can't stay there forever you have work to do.

Jefferson:
*still holding Hamilton who's curled up in his lap*
I can stay a little longer...
