It was about 2 weeks and Fatima was ready to go back home. Being away for so long, she felt she missed alot. Fatima felt like her sister needed her and even though she was still pissed at Xavier he was her best friend. And Zyier? He wasn't her favorite person at the moment, but she missed him too.
"I'm leaving at noon ma" Fatima yelled out packing her bags. Something didn't feel right with the house being so quiet. I guess ma still sleep Fatima thought going through the rest of her clothes looking for something to wear. It was about a hour drive and she wanted to be comfortable headed back.
"Faith, I expected you to at least come here to see me" Fatima said entering the bathroom to get the rest of her belongings.
Looking at her phone she seen it was only 10:30 so she decided to take a shower. It gave Fatima time to reflect on what all she been through. Question her loyalty to Zyier because of how he treated her at the funeral and after that. She thought of Xavier and if anything he said had some truth to it. People tend to tell the truth when their pissed. 'But why?' Fatima wondered.
'Is everything Xavier said true? Or did he say it to be spiteful? If it was true, why did Xavier wait so long?'
Fatima's mind raced as she lost track of time. It was after 12:15, when she finished her shower. "Damn I gotta hit the road" Fatima said rushing to throw on a pink Adidas sweat suit with her pink and white Adidas classics.
"Ma, I love you, I'm gone" Fatima yelled cross the house to realize that it's been too quiet the whole time.
"MAAAA!" Fatima said walking through the house looking for her mother. Fatima looked worried because Ms. Regina's car was still out side but where was Regina?
Fatima went into her mama's room to see a note saying "you have 24hrs to give me my money back or the woman and all your loved ones are dead."
