Riding through the country, Fatima looks out the cab window to see she's finally at her mother house. She decided to go shopping, and didn't want to take her vehicle just in case someone spotted it while she was out. All she wanted was a break from life and the people around her. At this point, who could she trust? She knew it was some truth behind what Xavier said, but she didn't want to believe it.
"Ma, I'm back" Fatima said walking through the kitchen carrying her bags. "Hey baby, I was just about to cook dinner, you hungry" Ms. Regina asked.
"No thank you, I'm just ready to lay down, it's been a stressful week" Fatima said headed to her old room.
Sitting on her bed, she looked around and was amazed how her mother never changed any of her things around. It's been over 4 years since she moved out yet everything was in the same place she left it. Laying in the bed she looked at the ceiling and stared at the cut out glow in the dark stars her and Faith had put up when they was 12. That, along with the dark blue ceiling and cream colored walls gave Fatima a sense of peace.
Hugging an over sized bear, Fatima wished she never left home and thought about her parents' relationship. Was she doing right by trying to save Zyier, especially since she put out more then she was getting?
"Am I a fool for loving him? What should I do about X? Maybe they both poison" Fatima said holding the teddy bear.
Her phone started to vibrate, it's been over 2 days since she answered it, Fatima knew it couldn't of been work because she took personal time off and her professor knew how to contact her.
Flipping the phone over she seen it was Xavier, he had called her over 20 times since they fell out. After the phone rung out she seen he had texted her even more. What Fatima didn't see was nearly as many calls from Faith or Zyier. In fact together they only had 5 calls and 2 messages.
'What's really going?' on Fatima thought.
Only person who could really give her advice on her problems was Regina so Fatima went down stairs to ask her mother about the relationship Regina had with their late father.
