Chapter 28

Emily's pov: I woke up and rolled over expecting to see Taylor next to me but he wasn't. I sat up and remembered that he was in Indiana and I was in California. I grabbed my phone and looked at the clock. 10:20. I didn't know what the time difference was between us so I texted him anyways hoping he was awake.
(Emily-e, Taylor-t)
E- hey sexy. you awake?
T- i am now. whats up?
E- nm just missed you
T- miss you too. what are your plans for tiday?
E- going to go shopping and treat myself to a spa day.
T-fun. gtg going dirt biking with Dillon. love you!
E- love you too!

I put my phone away and got in the shower. I missed showering with Taylor. It was weird All the little things I missed about him. I got out of the shower and dried off. I let my hair dry wavy and didn't put on any makeup. I put on leggings and a Victoria secret sweatshirt. Then I put on toms and picked a purse to go with my outfit. I put my phone, wallet, and sunglasses in my purse and then walked downstairs to the garage. I looked at all the cars and eventually decided on a Range Rover. I grabbed the keys and got in. I plugged in my phone and turned on Buckwild. Taylor hated this song, but I loved it. I went to the nail salon first and got my nails painted a dark purple. Once they had dried I went to the spa and got a massage. After I was done I got in the car and stopped at Starbucks on the way to the mall. When I got to the mall I went to all my favorite stores. I got lots of new clothes, some jewelry, hats, bathing suites, and perfume. I put everything on dads credit card. He wouldn't care. I walked back out to my car and put all the bags I the back. I was glad I brought the Range Rover because it wouldn't have all fit in the convertible. My last stop was at the pet store. I bought my self a big goldfish to keep me company while everyone was away. He was all orange except for a black spot right between his eyes. I bought him a big bowl and food. I decided to name Ash, after my horse that I rode with my dad, and because the black spot made it look like he had ashes on him. This day had been so much fun even though Taylor wasn't there to spend it with me. My phone rang. It was a number that I didn't know but I opened it anyways. It was a picture. I opened the picture and looked at it. I couldn't believe what I saw.
