After my conversation with my father I felt a huge sense of relief. My family was still alive and living happily on our home island, Kauai.

I deflated a little, well not all my family. I made my way back into the living area and saw that Tallahassee was already waiting for me.

"Well?" He asked expectantly.

"We're going to Kauai," I cheered. "But first we need to help Lumlum,"

"Lumlum?" He snorted in response to the nickname I gave Columbus.

"Shut up," i snapped playfully. "Go do your thing and be unnecessary,"

We laughed together and prepared to leave, packing the rest of our thing in bags and making our way to the garage where all of Bill's vehicles rested.

We laid our eyes on a black hummer and instinctively walked towards it. Tallahassee left to go and "say goodbye" to Columbus which meant I had to do the packing by myself.

No tea or shade(I'm throwing an eclipse), but this bag was really heavy. It held all of Bill's heavy shoes. Completely unnecessary but whatever.

I finished packing and sat in the back seat watching the men have their useless conversation. I realized that I was in a way better mood than before all of this started, happily narrating their conversation in my head with funny voices.

"Thank you for giving me the time of day, I love you," I mimicked in a fake deep voice as I watched Tallahassee end the conversation with a pat on Columbus's shoulder.

Columbus got onto this small old looking motorcycle and attempted to ride it. He ended up swerving and crashing into the driveway shrubs.

I wheezed.

Tallahassee got into the car and drove towards Columbus, stopping beside him. A smile graced his face as Columbus looked at us.

"Hop in the car, Evel Knievel,"

"Let's go ride the roller coaster," I smirked at my best friend.

"Thanks," He sighed gratefully.

We stopped at a distance away from away from the theme park and looked around, noticing the large amount of zombies.

"Zombie free my ass," I mutted under my breath and huffed out a sigh of annoyance.

"Columbus, Dayton?"

"Tallahassee?" We responded in perfect unison. My eyes flitted to his for a second before looking back at the zombie infested playground.

"I think they might actually require our assistance this time," He spoke seriously.

"Buckle up," he instructed.

"Buckle up kids, we're going for a ride," I sing-songed. The two males, despite the mood, chuckled.

"Yeah, I'm way ahead of you," Columbus said already having his seatbelt on.

"Time to nut up or shut up," Tallahassee declared. He drove towards a group of zombies and spun around in a doughnut while shooting at them with a gun he grabbed.

He reversed and drove around three times just to make sure the zombies were really dead before continuing his way again.

"My mama always told me someday I'd be good at something. Who'd have guessed that would be zombie killing?" Tallahassee smiled.

"Probably nobody," Columbus answered.

We got out of the car once it stopped and began looking around for the runaway victims. Columbus walked over to the railings with me while Tallahassee took out our duffelbags and started gearing up.
