being new is always hard

Jeon Jungkook was always a well behaved, quiet boy. He was responsible, reliable and studied well.

He only had few friends at school because everyone thought he was a nerd and he was often bullied. He never paid attention to them, he knew the bullies had their own problems and they just used him to get stress out. The bullying was verbal - calling him names like 'nerd' or 'pretty boy'. It was never something serious.

He got used to being called 'girly' or 'pretty'. It was true though - he had a really clear skin, a well built but also skinny body, let alone facial features  every girl would be jealous for. His eyes were round and almost black. His lips were also pretty. He was the example for what people call 'perfect'.

Class has just finished and it was lunchtime at Jungkook's school. He was sitting at his table, reading. He read his favourite novel about a lonely artist. He have always liked art, music especially.

He was halfway through the chapter, when a familiar face appeared at the other side of the table that he was sitting at. It was Kim Seokjin, a senior. He was one of his few friends. The older always cared for Jungkook, like he was his son or something.

- Hi Jin-hyung! - Jungkook smiled at him.
- Hello child. I've brought you food ~
- Thank you hyung! - said the boy with excitement.

They started eating and talked about the day's events.

- And how is Namjoon-hyung doing?
- He's just a little overworked but I make sure that he's okay though.

Namjoon was Seokjin's boyfriend. They have been together for 2 years now. Jungkook truly loved seeing them together - they gave him a parent-like feeling.

Namjoon was also the leader of the school's so called 'cool gang'. It was a small group of boys who basically hanged out all the time. They sometimes got into fights but Seokjin and Jungkook knew that they actually were all nice people.

- He's having a hard time with Taehyung though...
- Taehyung?
- Yes, you haven't met him, have you? He came to our school a month ago. He's a sophomore, so he's a year older than you. He gives you the 'cool guy' feeling but he's just a big baby, let me tell you that. He reminds me of someone. You two would get along well.
- We will see.

- Wait...Did you just call me a big baby??

Seokjin just laughed. They finished their lunch and the break was about to end, so Seokjin had to go. He told Jungkook to take care of himself and left.

Jungkook had an easy day afterwards. Seokjin always cheered him up.

The last class finished and Jungkook hurried to their usual meeting place. It was an empty classroom in the school that noone used anymore. The classroom was big enough for all of them. They liked hanging out there.

He was hurrying in the corridor when he suddenly bumped into something. Or to be exact, someone. When Jungkook realised who it was, he frowned.

It was Kim Yugyeom, one of his regular bullies.

Great, just what I needed - he thought.

Yugyeom blocked his way.

- Oho, who do we see here? In a hurry, pretty boy? - he said in a mocking tone.
- Yes, so please move out of the way.
- And what if...I say no?

Jungkook started to get annoyed. He just wanted to hang out with his friends.

He wanted to dodge Yugyeom, and walk past him but he noticed and grabbed his wrist roughly.

- Why don't you play with me instead, pretty boy?

Now Jungkook was scared. Yugyeom was a lot taller than him and he could've easily beat him up. He didn't know what to do. He just wanted to get out of there.
