confusion to conclusion

Jungkook slept well last night, but he was in a bad mood in the morning. He probably remembered that Taehyung is sick, so he would be alone in breaks and after classes.

He went to school slowly, he didn't want to go there at all. When he passed the yard, he was looking for Taehyung, but his smile disappeared when he realized that he's not here.

Hours felt like days during the day, Jungkook was literally bored of his life. He would've never thought that the absence of the other could make him feel so empty and lonely. At least he had Seokjin and Bangtan to hang out with after classes.

That day, he finished lastly, so their room was already occupied by the whole group when he arrived. Almost the whole group. His best friend was missing.

- Hey Jungkookie! Where's Taehyungie?

- He's sick. - he sighed.

- Aww, the baby is lonely! - Jimin cooed. - Come here.

He gave him a tight hug. It made Jungkook a little more comfortable, but he still prefered Taehyung's hugs.

The others could still notice how sad the boy looked.

- Do you miss him that much? - Seokjin asked privately because he didn't want to embarass the boy.

Jungkook silently nodded and he felt tears gathering in his eyes. He wiped them away quickly, before anyone could notice them.

- Seokjin-hyung?

- Hm?

- Why do I feel so weird around Taehyung?

- Hm...I think he's special to you, right?

Jungkook nodded.

- You like spending time with him, right?

Another nod.

- Do you like him the way you like Jimin, Hoseok or anyone in Bangtan?

Jungkook started thinking. He wouldn't say he liked Taehyung more than the other members, he liked the boy in another way.

- I like him just as much as you guys, but in a different way I guess?

Seokjin nodded.

- Aaannd, do you feel jealous if he's with someone else?

- I-I wouldn't call it jealousy hyung....

- Then how does it feel like?

- Like...my heart is a bit heavier, my stomach hurts and I feel annoyed for no reason.

- You just described jealousy.

- Then...yes.

Seokjin was thinking for couple of moments than he softly rubbed the younger's back.

- I may know the reason.

Jungkook looked at his hyung nervously.

- I think you're in love.

-  W-What?

- Listen, I can only say what I witnessed and felt, and the feelings you described matched mines with Namjoonie, that's why I think it's love. Don't be afraid, you don't have to tell him yet if you're not sure about yourself, but I think he feels the same.

- How do you know?

- Well, after he opened up, he started talking with Joonie more often, and - he technically was whispering now - Taehyung said the same things to him.
