Prologue 🖤
Well I did it! I graduated from TAFE along with Elena, of course! We officially have our Diploma's in Events Management! Can you believe it?
I've been offered an internship at a local events company whom I have worked with before, however I'm not going to take it as a different opportunity has come up me both Elena and I.
It was about a month ago, when we both got an email from an events company offering us an internship... and yes you've probably guessed it, the internship is in LA!
We both have been saving all year, and now we have something to use the money for. The internship pays us $20 an hour Australian money, so that is actually pretty good! Most internships don't pay you at all!
We will be interning 3 days a week, leaving the other 4 days for living our dream, and most likely having a job on the side. Rent isn't cheap over there, but we have find a nice apartment to live in that doesn't cost us an arm and a leg.
We leave in a week, but still have left it a secret from the boys.
Speaking of the boys...
It's been 11 months since our trip to New York. At the start things were great, they were better then that, it was amazing. We spoke every day and sometimes the 'L' word was exchanged.
Jack and Elena spoke everyday too. And don't worry, they had cute little moments in New York too! Jack took her on a date to an aquarium and she swam with turtles, I've honestly never seen her happier then when she's with him!
Kitty and Jonah also hung out a bit and they went on little coffee dates most mornings, and had picnic breakfast's in Central Park.
Speaking of dates, on our second last day in New York, Daniel took me out for dinner at a little restaurant which had the view of the Empire State Building. Just before dessert was served, we left the room to "go to the bathroom" only to realise that he returned with the boys and a band, and sung the most beautiful song that he has written dedicated to me. As he finishes they all point over to the Empire State Building which displayed the words "I love you" in bright lights. Sleepless in Seattle is one of my all time favourite movies, and Daniel knew this.
That moment was one I will keep with me forever, no matter how much things have changed since then..
Back to reality, yes, I mean reality, because right now, that did all feel like a dream, because nothing has been so perfect since then.
As I said, it was amazing in the beginning, but everything changed.
The band got bigger.
The tours were longer.
The fandom grew.
The interviews went for longer.
The space between us, was gradually growing... and there was nothing I could do to change it.
We haven't spoken in at least 2 months. He sort of just, forgot about me, even if he promised he wouldn't.
Jack and Elena still talk, they're actually really cute, I'm kinda jealous to be honest. He adores her, and he is sure to let her know literally 24/7. Kitty and Jonah have been on and off, but they're on good terms.
I honestly don't know what happened between me and Daniel, but I honestly don't think it was me this time... so that worries me even more.
