Ingredients
125g Butter
3/4 Cup Castor Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 & 1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour
2 Ripe Bananas - (mashed)
Half Cup Milk
Method
*Preheat Oven @ 170°C
*In a pot melt butter & sugar on the stove on low heat
*When melted, mix with the mashed bananas in a dish
*Add egg & beat mixture, then add vanilla essence
*Add self raising flour & mix until you get a batter
*Add milk to batter & mix until batter is smooth
*Pour batter in greased baking tin & bake @ 170°C until done
*Drizzle water icing to decorate
