Heat oil
1tsp jeera
Cinnamon stick
1 onion evenly sliced
Brown the onions
Add chicken
3 pinches rough salt
1tsp ginger and garlic
4tsp chilli powder
1tsp dhania powder
1tsp jeera powder
1tsp garam masala
Quarter tsp soomph powder
Pinch of turmeric
Mix to coat chicken in spices and leave to braise until water dries. Stir intermittently.
Grate 2 tomatoes. Put in the centre of pot and shake.
12 small potatoes. Peel and double bake.
Add when water dries.
