Milk Tart

Base
125g butter
half cup sugar
1egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking pwd

Methods
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and then flour to make soft dough. Spread in tray and bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins

Filling
1 litre milk
3 eggs
2 1/2 tblsp maizena
2 1/2 tblsp flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Boil milk. Mix rest of ingredients together and add a little of boiled milk to egg mixture mixing well then put pot back on stove and add rest of mixture mixing well. Allow to thicken and bubble. Spread over base and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over. Refrigerate and allow to cool.
