Octavia's Pov

 I can't stop thinking about Parrish.. Even thought I might be grounded for 3 weeks, but at least I can think about Parrish all I want and my mom or Scott can't tell what to do. I heard my mom yelling from downstairs trying to get me to eat, but I was too angry/lazy to move. So I just layed on my bed and started thinking about Parrish again.   

Parrish's Pov

I'm trying to go over these few cases that the Sheriff wants me to look over, but all I can think about is Octavia. "Parrish! Any news on those cases yet?"

"Uh nothing new yet sir, I'll let you know if I find something."

"Keep up the good work Parrish." Then the Sheriff walked back into his office. I started looking through the cases at the evidence to see if there was anything that seemed odd or strange, but I found nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing on who the suspect is or what they even look like.

Octavia's Pov  

I still can't get Parrish out of my mind.. I know that it might sound sort of crazy because I literally just met Parrish a few hours ago. I mean Parrish is a police officer which means he can't be a criminal which is good news. Parrish has really pretty green eyes, okay more like a pretty sea green color. He's a lot taller than me too, but I wonder how old Parrish is though? I mean I'm 16 almost 17, but he has to be at least 24 or older which means nothing can happen between us..
