Octavia's Pov

Even though I'm with my favorite girls Allison and Lydia and we may be having a blast in the very back of my mind I still have Parrish floating around my head like cuckoo birds. "Octavia are you okay?"

"You know Lydia I would love to say yes, but no I'm not okay. I hate myself for hurting Parrish like that.."

Allison and Lydia sat on each side of me and wrapped their arms around me. "I know it's hard right now and it hurts a lot, but trust me Octavia you'll feel so much better as time goes on."

"How can you be so sure Allison?"

"Because Octavia, that's how it was with me and Scott. I was in pain for so long but once I started not thinking about Scott the better that I felt."

"Really? But how did it work when you saw him at school after you guys broke up?"

"Well to be honest that was one of the hardest things was avoiding Scott as much as possible."

"Yeah and with me and Jackson I hated him for hurting me, but then that's when I found a way to keep myself busy; Aiden"

"Okay Lydia not all of us can just find another guy and move on just like that." Allison smacked Lydia's arm. 

"Ow! Okay I'm sorry your right Allison, look Octavia the point is you need to let him go and enjoy the rest of high school partying and having fun because soon we'll all be leaving Beacon Hills for college and forget about what happened while we lived here."

"Yeah I guess Lydia, but what if I don't forget about him? Then what do I do?"

"Octavia chill, you don't need to worry about that. Let Allison and I do the forgetting about Parrish part and you just go along with it okay?"

"Okay Lydia, but first I'm gonna need some alcohol."

Allison and Lydia both smiled at me which weirded me out a little. "What?"

"Well let's just say that Lydia and I know something that you don't."

"Uh huh and what would that be Allison?"

"That we're going to a party tonight."

"A party? Tonight? No I can't"

"Octavia your the one who said that you need alcohol right away, here's your chance to have some."

"But guys I'm not in the right mind set for a party.. I just broke up with my boyfriend a few hours ago"

"Exactly why you need to come to thus party with us Octavia, it will get your mind off of him and that's what you want isn't it?"

"Well yeah, but-"

"No buts your coming to this party with us and you will have a blast."

"But I don't normally go to parties, what do you even wear to a party?"

"Why don't you go get in the shower and let Allison and I worry about your outfit okay?"

"Okay" 

I got up from Allison's bed and I walked outside of her room to the closet to grab a towel. I shut the door and walked back into Allison's room. "Oh just take a shower in my bathroom Octavia, there's extra razors under the sink. If you need anything just yell okay?"

"Okay thanks Allison"

"Your welcome Octavia."

I walked into the bathroom and shut the door behind me. I turned the light on and placed my towel on the counter. I took off my clothes and left them on the floor as I opened the shower curtain up and stepped inside. I closed the curtain and turned the hot water on. I could hear music playing from inside of Allison's room it was Shawn Mendes 'If I Can't Have You' which is one of his newest songs that I'm currently obsessed with. I sang along as I let the hot water hit my face. I reached for the razor that I got out from underneath the sink like Allison told me but it fell to the floor and I wasn't about to get out of the shower to grab it so I yelled for Allison.
