As Cody continued the test with the other students. Connor was still in bed being monitored on his condition. It was 10:58 am. Ms. Cristine is visiting the first aid room to check on how Connor was doing.
(knocks on door)
Dr. Alan: Come in
(Ms. Cristine enters the room)
Ms. Cristine: Hello Dr. Alan
Ms. Cristine: How's Connor doing?
Dr. Alan: His condition is good and slim, why you may ask?
Ms. Cristine: Well his brother is a bit worried on what happened so he asked me to visit him once every hour.
Dr. Alan: Ohh I see
(Their conversation is later interrupted by the sound of Dr. Alan's alarm clock and discovers its 11:00 am)
Dr. Alan: Ohh, looks like its time for Connor's medicine
Dr. Alan: May you please excuse me for a bit
Ms. Cristine: Yes of course
(Dr. Alan walks off to speak with former Nurse Ms. Cooper)
Dr. Alan: Ms. Cooper!
Ms. Cooper: Yes Doctor?
Dr. Alan: Its time for the patient's medicine
Ms. Cooper: of course
Ms. Cooper grabs Connor's medicine and enters the patient room only to discover that Connor is gone. She was shocked and is immediately trying to find him. As minutes passed, Ms. Cooper later finds him lying down unconscious. She immediately tries to use the medicine to wake him up and hears groans and moaning in a second, only to seriously turn around and is pounced on by Connor who tackles her like an animal.
Meanwhile, Dr. Alan and Ms. Cristine are still having their conversation. It is interrupted when Dr. Alan notices that the patient room's light is mysteriously flickering even though it is properly fixed. He also notices that Ms. Cooper hasn't returned yet which is a bit weird. She usually comes out of the room in 1 minute, but at this moment its unsettling to him. She tells her that he needs to check on something and walks out of his chair to see what is happening. He walks into the room with his headlight on and looks around the room. He could hear the sound of moaning as he continued around the room. Then the moaning got louder and louder which would indicate he is getting closer to something or someone. When the moaning stopped, he faced the direction and saw a terrifying sight. He saw Ms. Cooper lying down on the floor staring at him with a horrified look while on top her was Connor with his nose dripping down on top her. Connor unsettling faces Dr. Alan with his face getting more terrified every second. He then stands up still faced at him and charges slowly at him like a predator about to strike. Dr. Alan dodges the attack and tries to begin his escape.
