On The Move

(Minutes later)
Cody opens the door to check if the coast is clear.

Cody: Alright, coast is clear.

Everyone got their weapons ready as they walked through the school again as they got shot any of the sick in their way. Mike was supporting Melissa in his arms as they continued.

Cody: Ok which way should we go?

Annie: There's a faster way through the Library.

Cody: That's the only way? It'll be a risk to the team. That place has confusing mazes which could slow much of us.

Annie: Do you wanna get us sick or not? Its the only fastest way we got.

Cody: Fine, let's move.

The team entered the library.

Cody: Alright guys, we should split up into different groups. We'll all meet up on the other side. If some of us aren't out yet, hold the door in 30 seconds. If we don't make it you guys are on your own. Got it?

Everyone nodded and splitted up. Cody was with Carlos, Sarah and Annie were with Mike and Melissa, while Peyton stayed with the his remaining teammates. They then split up and entered the place with caution, for the place's bookshelves sort of act as a small maze in a sign of escape. As they continued, they ran to some of the infected but moved in stealth to avoid detection. A few seconds or minutes later, the last few of the group have made it to the exit and guard it, but discover that Cody and Carlos are still in the maze and are surrounded but are still not detected.

Cody spots the others at the exit, but knew they don't have much time.

Cody: (sign language) On the count of three, we "book" it.

Carlos nodes in response.

Cody: (sign language)
One
Two.

Carlos then steps on a piece of paper which crumples and gets the infected attention.

Cody: Run for it!!

Cody and Carlos bolt for the exit as the rest of the group defend them and make their escape through the hallways. The team began running for their lives but continued shooting and fighting to not get caught. They ran through the cafeteria and managed to the doors quickly with the use of Cody's headband. Carlos then brings out a marker he secretly bought and writes on the doors stating "No abrir, enfermo dentro (Don't Open, Sick Inside)". Everyone was surprised on what he just did.

Cody: Really Dude?

Carlos: Aw Vamos, parece genial ya sabes (Aw come on, it looks cool you know).

Everyone continued on to the court and comtinued their shooting against the enemy.
(Seconds later)
As they passed through one classroom, the door unexpectedly opens with one of the infected. Sarah and Annie got shocked as both of them splitted with the rest to avoid getting sick. Sarah, Cody, Mike and Melissa moved immediately to one direction while Annie, Carlos, Peyton and the rest of teammates moved to the other direction as the infected student chased after them.

Cody's team ran through the chaos and managed to enter a classroom. He checked on the others what happened.

Cody: Alright is everyone okay?

Everyone nodded but had worries on what happened to the others. He then checks on his walkie-talkie.

Cody: (walkie-talkie) Annie Come in! You guys made it.

Then a voice relieves Eveyone.

Annie: Were okay, there are no casualties during our escape.

Cody: Good, Where are you guys?

Annie: We're in Classroom 13.

Cody: Wait what?
