"what movie do y'all want to watch?" brandon asked everyone while scrolling through netflix. "white chicks!" isabella and noah yelled. the two gave each other a high fives while earning laughs from the boys and alissa. "woah brandon you might wanna watch out. noah is going to steal your girl." nick laughed. brandon rolled his eyes at nick before clicking on white chicks. brandon and isabella have been together since that day in new york and we're just lowkey with his fans. the boys couldn't be happier for brandon as they seen how happy bella made him.
"noah is my best friend. sorry brandon he's been stolen." isabella said.
"hey! i'm you're best friend." alissa and edwin yelled.
"you see that shit? that's cute." zion pointed to alissa and edwin. edwin threw a pillow at z's face before alissa could do it. isabella got up to sit with brandon who was next to austin. "i'm tired of being disrespected in this household." zion yelled throwing the pillow back at edwin. "but you don't live here zion." alissa laughed.
zion pointed to alissa to signify he was being disrespected once again. everyone laughed at zion who was just messing around. "shut up it's starting." noah said from the floor. this was something the new group of friends would take any day over a party. there was no awkwardness between anyone. they instantly just all clicked.
"you're cute." brandon whispered to his girlfriend. isabella leaned against his shoulder so he could wrap his arm around her. "i like cuddles too." austin joked. isabella laughed at austin. he was always so sweet and funny since the day she met him. he made her feel like she knew them forever, which she was thankful for. brandon waved his hand in front of isabella's face to grab her attention away from austin. when isabella turned around, she instantly knew what brandon wanted her attention for. "austin." isabella whispered. she pointed to alissa and edwin who were snuggled up on the other couch together. "bet you $20 that they'll be together in a month." austin whispered.
"i'll take that bet." brandon said shaking austin's hand. isabella rolled her eyes at the boys who were making bets on people's love lives.
"i missed you so much b." isabella whispered to brandon. brandon pulled isabella into a hug. brandon was pretty sure he was in love with this girl although they just met 4 weeks ago. isabella was falling hard and fast for this guy who made her feel like the only girl in the world when he looked at her. isabella smiled at the thought of how happy this goofy boy made her.
throughout the movie, brandon was constantly whispering cute things to bella. he just couldn't get enough of her. the movie ended and everyone was scattered on the floor dead asleep, well almost everyone. isabella was wide wake due to jetlag. isabella turned to see edwin sprawled out on the couch while alissa was on the floor. "and they say chivalry is not dead." isabella laughed to herself. as she got up to get a glass of water, she was pulled back down to the couch.
"where are you going bells?" brandon asked rubbing his eyes.
"i'm going to get water and a blanket because it's freezing."said isabella.
brandon nodded and laid his head back down on the pillow. isabella smiled at brandon's sleepiness and walked to the kitchen to be greeted by zion, who was sitting on the counter. "can't sleep?" zion asked. isabella nodded her head as she poured a glass of water for the two of them.
"you know brandon is like head over heels for you right?" zion said. "you're all he ever talked about since the party. and he somehow managed to get you."
isabella smiled at the thought of brandon talking about her to his friends. "well alissa could tell you the same thing." isabella laughed.
"you make him so happy and you don't even know it bella."
"he makes me happy too. i was so excited to come home to see him. facetime isn't the best thing when all you want is a hug." isabella smiled.
she had never felt this away about a boy. this boy could make her happy just thinking of him. brandon was the only who made her feel this way. she had previous relationships but none were every that 'can't sleep, can't think' type of love.
isabella and zion talked about brandon for a while as they ate cereal.
"bells where are—" brandon called out. that's when he seen her talking to one of his best friends. "hey babe." isabella smiled. brandon gave her a kiss on the cheek before plopping down next to her. "what are y'all talking about at 2 am?" brandon asked. 'you.'
"nothing." zion smiled. zion excused himself to leave the two teens alone. "what was that about?" brandon laughed. 'if he only knew' isabella thought. bella assured brandon it was nothing and that they were just talking about life. which made it believable for brandon because z was constantly lost in his own world.
isabella and brandon made their way back to the couch with a blanket she pulled from the closet. isabella laid with her back to the couch pillows as b laid with his back facing the open space.
as isabella was closing her eyes, she felt a brandon begin to stroke her face. "bells you're so beautiful in every way." he whispered. isabella opened her eyes to see a smile plastered on brandon's face. his eyes flickered to her lips and then back to her.
this was about to happen. their first kiss.
brandon began leaning in to close the tiny gap between them. that's when his lips collided with hers. he kissed her gently and with passion acting like he would crush her if he was a little rough.
"i should've down this back in new york." he mumbled. "you should've down this that night at jay's party." isabella whispered.
as they leaned back in, they jumped at the sound of a scream.
"oh ma god! oh ma god! it's happening." edwin yelled waking up everyone.
"what the fuck is so important that once i fall asleep i'm rudely awakened?" zion complained.
"they're kissing!" edwin once again yelled.
"big deal ed. now go back to sleep." nick groaned.
———— i woke up sick yesterday and felt dead. i began writing this chapter yesterday but i didn't have the energy to finish or update. but here's the finished product. i hope you enjoy!
