GOOD AFTERNOON.

Where were we? Ah, yes! Tycho, Moosey, Pichichi and everyone else were about to meet the most majestic creature of all the seven seas. Multiple shivers ran down all of their spines, knowing that they had awoken their enormous enemy from probably a comfortable sleep that was not meant to be disturbed.

‘I’ve heard stories of the Kraken killing an army of a thousand men with the mere smash of one tentacle,’ whispered one of the pelican sailors shakily.

‘Yeah, and that other story of it going from Norway to Greenland and back again in a single day, having eaten over 50 ships in its path!’

‘SHH! Here she comes!’ Everyone huddled close, awaiting their fateful deaths.

A great rumble came from deep underneath the ocean, and before they could even comprehend their situation a great purple Head of an Octopus rose up from the blue waters. But this was no normal octopus head. It had what seemed like a gigantic pink sleep mask on, and one very, very big frown in its lips. Everybody’s jaws fell in complete bewilderment.

‘Wait…is that lipstick I see it wearing?!’

‘And it looks like she’s wearing those kinds of hair curlers…but for her tentacles instead!’

The Kraken untangled one of her tentacles from the curlers and lifted up the sleep mask, showing a very aggravated and sleepy expression fro her eyes.

WHO IS WAKIN’ ME UP FROM MA BEAUTY SLEEP?!’

Every one stayed silent, glancing at one another and shrugging. ‘Sorry but…but who are you…?’ questioned the Seagull captain precariously.

‘I’M THE KRAKEN!’ She screeched, and the Seagull captain gulped and recoiled away. ‘Now, will someone tell me what in God’s good name is goin’ on over here?!’ she yelled in a thick southern American accent. Her eyes scrutinised all the pirates in the cave, and then flickered on the treasure chest behind them.

‘ARE YOU TRYIN’ TA STEAL MA TRESURE?!’

‘N-no ma’am!’ everyone stuttered in unison. She eyed them all disappointedly.

‘Ok, ok, maybe a little..’

‘A few bits and pieces!

‘But we’d never take the whole thing!’

The Kraken started wagging her tentacle at them in a scolding manner.

‘Now if I see any of yo’ faces again then I will send you and yo’ ship right back home, do y’all hear me?’

Everyone shuffled and looked down to their feet. Moosey turned to Tycho, jaw almost to the floor.

‘Strongest creature of all the seas? More like sassiest…’

Drake turned to them and lifted his finger to his lips. Hi eyes twinkled; a sign that showed a clever plan was developing in his mind.

‘Lady Kraken?’ He called out, with a most charming smile resting on his lips. Her huge octopus face turned to look upon Drake in a suspicious manner.

Drake cleared his throat, and looked to the Kraken curiously. ‘How in all the seven seas are you able to get your skin so luminous and healthy?!’

The Kraken looked taken aback, but then gave a modest laugh. ‘Oh, do you think so? Well, the secret is the food you eat, you know. I have a proportion of seaweed with every meal, and only fat free plankton – ‘

‘but then what about all those ships you’ve been eating recently?’ questioned one of the seagulls. ‘I mean, you’ve eaten loads…including some of our friends’!’ The birds all nodded and gave agreeing squawks in unison.
