After Gon thanked the captain, the gang set off to the lone cedar tree on the hill. Though, Leorio only joined after realising that the bus to Zaban City was a trap.
After, they past the 'extremely exciting multiple choice quiz,' being brought to a roman restaurant and was shown into a big room.
"Um... K-k-kurapika...?"
At that moment, Suzume finally gained enough courage to show/tell Kurapika about her bloodline.
"What is it Suzume?"
"I-I-I j-just w-w-wanted t-t-to a-ask you s-something."
"Ok, what is it?"
"I-i-is it t-t-true t-t-that y-your t-t-the only s-s-surviver o-of t-the Kurta Clan?"
"Yes its true."
"C-c-can I s-show you something..."
As Kurapika said yes, Suzume turned her eyes into a beautiful blazing shade of scarlet. All of a sudden Kurapika looked down and asked a question very seriously.
"Suzume... how did you get those eyes?"
"I w-w-w-was b-born w-with t-them..."
Kurapika then took Suzume's hand and pulled her into a big bear hug. Tears started to fall from both of them.
'So I'm not alone anymore... I do have a family, but I wanna see big sis again'
Suddenly Gon asked a very good question.
"Does this mean you don't have to take the Hunter exam anymore, Suzume?"
"I'm s-s-still t-taking it. I-I don't w-want to l-lose m-my big b-b-brother n-n-now that I f-found him."
Now Kurapika finally got out and shock, he asked I question that confusion.
"How are you not dead? And why have I never say you before?"
"I-i-i-it's b-b-because I w-was a-abandoned in a f-forest... or m-maybe just f-forgotten."

Right now, Kurapika and Leorio were arguing about what being a Hunter was all about.
"Gon! As a Hunter you can use almost every mode of transportation for free!"
"Gon! As a Hunter, you can help preserve endangered species and capture ciminals or comprehend rouge Hunters!"
"Gon what kind of Hunter do you want to be"
Lucky for Gon, he was saved by the bell, or at least by the elevator. When they got off, they senced the tension in the air.
Then they got there badges from Mr.Bean.

"I can't believe we're finally here. Right Gon?"
"Right! Hey Suzume, you stopped stuttering!"
"Yeah."
They were now approached by a round old man named Tompa.
"Hey you four are rookies am I right? It's getting easier to tell each year, this my 35th try. The names Tompa by the way."
"35 TIMES!?"
"Yeah. I just you could call me a Hunter exam veteran."
Kurapika and Leorio were dumbstruck.
"That's not something thatyou should be proud of..."
After a quick introduction, Tompa offered the gang a drink to 'celebrate' their 'friendship.'
'There is a type of laxative in this. Oh well I'm immune to poisons so I'll be fine.'
When Suzume finished the dink Gon shouted that there was something wrong with the drink and Leorio spited it out.
"Woaw that was close! Hey Gon how did you know there was something wrong with the juice?"
"I grew up on a mountain and eaten a bunch of herbs and plants so I can usually taste if somethings bad."
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know it was bad, please forgive me!"
"It's fine Mr.Tompa. But are you ok?"
"Who me? I'm completely fine."
'Tch. He just had to be a mountain kid.'
Suddenly a loud sounding alarm went off.
BRLILILILILILILILILILI!!!!
"I am Satotz and I'm the examiner for the first part of the exam."
