" I can't believe we're both about to make it out of here" I said while twirling around the grass in the main park located in downtown Flint.

"Well believe it Hav, we got dreams to chase" Kyle says while grabbing onto my hips to pull me into his 6'9 figure.

I giggle looking into his eyes while he smiles down at me and leaves a simple sweet kiss onto my lips.

Pure bliss.

This moment couldn't get more perfect. Just me and him against the world. Always how it's been living in Flint. He was my rock when I needed it and he was mine.

"It's always going to be you Haven" Kyle said catching me off guard

"What do you mean love" I said raising my eyebrow slightly out of confusion.

"You'll always have my heart, no one else in the world can come close to what I feel for you, no matter what happens on this journey we take, you'll be the only one I'll want and have in my heart"

"Promise" I said while sticking out my pinky to him

Grinning he locks are pinky's and kisses me again before pulling us back down to the blanket we have laid out to watch the sunset.

Really wish promises lasted forever, just like that memory of me and the love of my life...
