Isabelle has black eyes... Not blue...

If you didn't know, blue is a recessive gene color so someone with blue eyes have the genes bb-meaning blue eyes. <this is the only possible way to have blue eyes.

That means it is not possible for Isabelle to be Roberts daughter unless a mutation occurred.

Here's the quote where we got the information-

So is Isabelle really Mr. Lightwood's daughter? Is that why they wanted to break up?
