Does Jace break up with Clary? Madam Dorthea read Clary's cards and predicted that Clary would fall in love with the wrong person. Either that, or the Mortal Cup just wanted to show itself. Madam Dorothea's prediction is that Clary would fall in love with the wrong person, and that qmight refer to heartbreak over the two never being destined to be together in life (more than a few months) or Jace may have been destined to die.

Sorry to say but if Jonathan ends up dying, Jace might die too. Even though Jace is no longer bound to Jonathan, the whole thing about one coming back to life allowing the other to live as well seems to link their destinies from the start. Also remember what Raziel said about death still yearning for Jace in other words both Jonathan and Jace cheated death.

When the inquisitor died, she noticed Jace had a star on his shoulder. He thought that was from an early injury but she knew he was a Herondale. All Herondale have a star make on there shoulder an ancestor who has seen an angel. Which would be Tessa. Clary also has a star on her shoulder... Are they really related? Orrrrrr the angel blood/angel made Clary have an angel mark. But why in her shoulder?

Hey Liz here. I don't agree with anything up there!!! Here's what I think

The possibility of Clary falling in love with someone else is slim. Jace and Clary are perfect! Madame Dorthea could of meant Simon, Sebestian, or someone else. Jace though?!?!?! It can't be him!

If Jace dies OMG NOOO! He and Clary are an amazing couple! The whole family would end up in mourning! Cassandra Clare wouldn't do that to her seris!

Clary is a Fairchild, so she's related to Charlotte and Henry. Jace is related to Tessa and Will. Why does Clary have a star shaped mark? Someone or her must of had to of seen an angle. All Shadowhunters are related by the angel blood in their veins. Clary and Jace are more related then others. If they really are brother and sister!!!!! O M G
