THE DREAMERS (ON HOLD)

Chapter 1

The Beginning

Oh how cruel this world is, well let me explain it to you how other people treat their own kind. In this world there are full of talented people, there are some rare people out there that are known as untalented. Which are always kicked by people around, or even making them their slaves. It was unfair for them but they gave up to the agonizing pain. Some of them even killed their selves for the pain they felt for how their masters treat them. Also there are rare hybrids in this world, they are treated the same. Well it was bad luck for Evan. Evan Fong is an ordinary high school student, well... he thought he was. He is secretly a cat hybrid and is called a 'untalented' boy in his school, making the other bullies target him, but never came back to do it again. I wonder why. Well Evan's dad was in military, one of the soldiers that saved his country. His dad taught him fighting skills for emergency. It's like his father is a psychic. Cause when Evan was about to tell his dad about his sexuality his dad told him its okay for not to tell him cause he already knows.  I mean, is reading the others movement is too easy to him? Also Evan is not a social butterfly, he rather have his book with him for him to read. That's why he doesn't really hangout with a lot of people. Anyways lets go to the present shall we?

"I swear to god if you don't leave me alone I'll kick your nuts." Evan said in a serious tone with his arms crossed on his chest, getting angry at the male in front of him who only puts his hands in the air while smirking at the furious male. Luke Patterson is a flirty and clingy asshole who wouldn't leave him alone for a minute (except going to bathrooms but he will still wait outside the stall/door for him), they're not even friends!

"Whoa don't get your panties in a twist baby girl." If Evan was an animated character he would have many angry symbols on his head right now. He was wearing the school uniform that the school insisted for them to wear. Also has a hat on his head but holes for his cat ears to pop out making it look like its a part of his hat. An annoyed sigh left Evan's mouth and he goes up the stairs ignoring the fuck boy who's following behind him. When Evan was about to go in his class Luke turns him around and kiss his hand in a polite manner. He blushed put snatched his hand away from the male, hurriedly walking in the room sitting beside his best friend.

"He's bothering you again?" A voice said as Evan sets everything on his desk, getting ready for class. He sighs and faced the male who's looking at him with his ocean eyes.

"Yup, it was pretty annoying. I felt like breaking his bones slowly, watching him suffer." Evan says making the male in front of him laugh nervously.

"Whoa, pretty sadistic if you ask me." Evan only smile at his friend. Jonathan Dennis a.k.a Delirious as he likes to be called, is his best friend. Jonathan is the most popular boy in school and also the lead singer of the top band in their school. He has a pretty voice. While Evan is just a target of the bullies and sings like a dying cow. Jonathan and Evan started a conversation but stopped when their teacher came in the classroom.

Evan walks out the classroom with a sigh, it was lunch time and he didn't felt like going to the cafeteria to eat. He walks to a different direction than the students in front of him. He continued to walk until he stopped in front of a double door that says 'music room'. Evan spends his time playing instruments and singing if he didn't felt like eating or listening to the noisy conversations his classmates are having. He hangs his bag on a hook that looks like a ninja star that is stuck on the wall. The teachers decided that the design will be a ninja star hook, maybe the hooks are plastic or they're real. Maybe there was a ninja who started throwing ninja stars on the wall. Evan shakes his head from his train of thoughts, giggling at his little imagination. He takes out his lunch from his bag and started eating, after he finished he started to get bored and got up. He went to the piano, steadying himself then thinks about what he is going to play. Finally he made up his mind.

On the first page of our story
The future seemed so bright
Then this thing turned out so evil
I don't know why I'm still surprised

His fingers ran smoothly on the piano keys, making sure not to press a wrong key. He takes a deep breath and sing out the chorus.

Now there's gravel in our voices
Glass is shattered from the fight
In this tug of war you'll always win

With violent words and empty threats
And it's sick that all these battles
Are what keeps me satisfied  

He sings his heart out. If you didn't know, his mother always sing this to him when he was a child. Until she died from an robbery-murder late in the night. Tears was threatening to come out but stop himself, gulping down a pressure in his throat then continued singing.

He stopped playing and singing as he sighs when he heard the bell rang. 

'Well another class.' He thought as he grabbed his bag hanging from the ninja star. The moment he walked up to the door he heard voices.

"Idiot! Don't push me!"

"I'm sorry!"

"You guys! He will hear us!"

Well to late for them to say that, Evan giggled quietly and slowly opened the door revealing the people who are spying on him as they lay on the floor. They all look up at the cat 'hat' man  who has his arms crossed.

"Umm, We can explain?" The one with the glasses said as Evan hummed for him to continue, cocking one of his eyebrows.

"Before you do that can you sit properly?" Evan said as he sat down on the floor in front of them as they straighten themselves up.

"As we were walking by we heard a beautiful melody from a piano so we followed the sound, leading us to this room. Then suddenly we heard a angelic voice from a male singing which made us stay to listen. Can you forgive us?" He explained as they all have their head down and Evan smiled.

"I forgive you." Their eyes lighten up as they heard his response.

"Can you be our friend?" Evan was surprised to hear that question and smiled slightly.

"Well.."
