‘It’s a beautiful day, go out and be somebody’ is what my father told me this morning. I guess he was tired of me moping around the house in sweats all day. So here I am, sitting on a park bench thinking to myself don’t these sound like the lyrics in a Taylor Swift song. My plan for the day was to sit in the ark and stalk little children, huh.
After sitting there for about fifteen minutes I got a tad bored and left for the library. In case you’re confused I’m trying to avoid all signs of teenage life after what happened yesterday. Wondering what happened yesterday? Well I was standing in the line at Starbucks when this totally random but cute guy asked me if I’m single, he continued to annoy me with his cocky personality then totally creeped me out by calling me by name, weird much. So I have decided to stay away from thirteen to twenty years old.
While on my way to the library, I met, sadly a short brunette who was walking about seven dogs. She was passing on the side of me when the largest dog decided I smelled interesting, so he stopped and started to run around my feet. The dog tied my feet together and I fell backward unto the Chihuahua and the girl fell on me.
“Sorry,” the girl said getting up and stretching out her hand.
“It’s okay,” I mumbled taking her hand.
“I’m Samantha,” she said smiling up at me.
“I’m Erin,” I replied.
At the sound of my name her entire expression changed from happy and excited to angry and jealous. What did I do to her?
“So you’re Erin,” she said venomously, “listen here, if you know what’s good for you, you’ll stay far, far away from Chase Morris.”
“Uh,” I stuttered at a loss for words.
“He’s mine,” she hissed and stalked away dragging the dogs behind her.
Well that was interesting I thought while walking home, this was too much drama for five minutes.
