Flirting(Amaro)

You are Barba's somewhat new assistant, so you often found yourself over at the SVU building. It was something you were not objecting at all, which happened to be because of a certain detective that worked there. Nick Amaro. He's gorgeous, a fact impossible to deny. You often times found yourself glancing at him, you just can't help it. You look up from the desk you're sat at, going over the paperwork Barba needs for the upcoming trial. Nick is sitting at his desk across the room, rubbing his fingers on his chin, staring your way. You look to your side, thinking he is looking at someone else. Your cheeks heat up a little when you return your gaze to him, seeing a small smile on his face. You duck your head and return to the paperwork, thinking nothing of it. But it continues throughout the day you stay there. You went over to get something to munch on from the vending machine, bumping into him in the process; literally. He catches your shoulders and you sheepishly look up at him. He's smiling. "Sorry." You mutter, taking a step back. His smile remains planted on his lips, tucking his hands into his pockets. You can't help your eyes from drifting to his chest. He's wearing a blue button down shirt that fits snugly against his muscly chest, and a black tie to match. He looks handsome. "No worries, hermosa." He replies. You wonder if he knows that you speak a little Spanish, but pretend like you don't. You smile shyly, tucking your hair out of your face. "You got a great smile, Y/N." He says and you blush even more, laughing at how much of a teenager you were acting. You walk past him to the vending machine. "You want anything?" You ask. He shakes his head, leaning up against the wall and watching you. You glance back at him as you take out your bag of chips. "What?" You laugh. "Nothin," He smiles, chuckling. "Enough harassing my assistant, Amaro." Barba jokes as he passes the two of you, motioning you to follow him. You giggle and head after him, smiling at Nick over your shoulder. He's watching you walk away, an adoring smile still stuck on his face.
