Months later

Summer was around the corner. Arena and LJ have been talking non stop. Every night has been late night talks. Sometimes Arena would sneak out her window to go play.

One night Arena snuck out her window. LJ was waiting outside for her. She climbed down. She made it to the bottom. Arena and LJ were off to the lake. They ran until no one can see them.

"Arena, what are you doing this weekend" LJ asked

"Nothing... not until next weekend"

"Oh"

"why"

"I was wondering if you wanna go to the movies with me"

"Yeah..."

"Ok"

Arena and LJ stripped down to their undergarments. They walked into the lake, hand in hand. They both swam around. Arena climbed on the dock and LJ followed.

We met down at the floatin dock
She snuck out scared
She might get caught
We were nervous
Mmmmm
But it was worth it

There was no such thing as consequences
With her in my arms it finally made sense
In that moonlight
I saw her tanlines

Every time my feet dangle in the water
I cant help but think about her
Lying there
With her wet hair
Didnt know what we were doing
But we didnt care
That ol wooden dock was warm on our backs
T-shirt for a pillow
And just like that

"Arena.. I need to tell you something"

"What is it LJ"

"I.. I.. I like you"

She kissed me like she ment forever
We were too dam young
To know any better

The front rolled in
And she said I better go
She took my shirt and wore it home
A memory, a souvenier she can keep
So I stayed and watched that sunrise
Like it was waking up my life
To what love was
I can still see us

Arena let go of LJ's lips. He opened his eyes and looked into hers. He smiled at her and leaned in again.

Arena had butterflies in her tummy. She didnt know what came over her. She never second guessed herself and went for it. Which she left LJ a little speechless. Then they both got up and walked back home.

"Ill see you tonight" LJ questioned

"Yeah.. hopefully"

"what do you mean.. you sa--"

"LJ.. I gotta ask my parents first.. ok?"

"ok.. well good morning by the way"

"haha.. good morning"

Arena started climbing back up to her window. LJ waited until she made into her room ok.

LJ walked back to his house. He also crawled back throught his window. He took off his shirt and laid down on his bed. He couldnt sleep though. All he thought about was Arena. The first kiss they shared. Every now and then he would touch his lips. He grabbed out his phone and texted Arena.

"psst.. you awake? lol"

"Yes... cant sleep either"

"I miss you neighbor"

"Lol miss you too"

"hey.. wanna go for a walk"

"LJ its five in the morning.. we need sleep! lol"

"Arena... I cant sleep.. your always on my mind"

"Same here"

"what"

"I mean your always on my mind .. haha.. "

"Hey.. I got an idea"

"whats that"

"we should have a sleep over"

"when"

"this weekend?"

"ok.. does your parents know"

"they will by morning"

"ok.. ill ask my parents about the movie and sleepover"

"alright.. well talk to you later"

"later ;)"

LJ didnt reply. He stared at the ceiling and hoping her parents will say yes. He was startin to have feelings for this girl. Every time he sees her, he gets a bit anxious. Most of the time, he wants to wrap her up and never let go. He couldnt, cause he dont wanna rush it. He finally fell asleep with his phone in his hand.
