Like No Other

The words I need to Say

(A/N: This is I guess a poem that one of my older sisters wrote to her highschool crush, that she never sent. She wanted me to put it on here.....for some reason 😒😒😒😒😒)

Hi
Do you know my name?
You do of course, what a dumb question...

I need you to listen to me
Hear me
These words are the ones that really some out of my mouth.

I see you in the hallway with your friends and wonder,

Why don't you see me like you see them? Smile at me like you smile with them...

Am I ugly to you?
Of course not

When you see me do you blush? Like I do when I see you?

Or am I a piece of glass that you see through?

See me
Listen to me
Just speak to me
When you do my body explodes like fireworks on new years.

I want to say these words but can't cause I know you won't think or say what I hope you'd say.

The words of this poem won't come out my mouth, so I'll use pen and paper.

Do you see me?
Can you hear me?
Did you listen?
Did you care?

If so then my mission is done
I said what I needed
And wrote what I wanted

All I really wanted was to say
