Takashi Morinozuka Oneshot (requested by grimmy44)

It was another day at Ouran High School. I made my way through the halls to my first class. This school was meant for rich people, but I made it in with a scholarship (kind of like a college one). To be honest, I wasn't even sure if I liked this school, but it's what gave me my education, so I didn't really care. 

One of the most interesting things about the school, was it's host club. I don’t particularly have a view on it, but whenever I decided to go, I felt my heart pound around someone. The thought of him makes me blush to the core. 

Snap out of it. I sighed and walked towards the third music room. It seemed a bit quiet, so I guess I got there a bit early. Even so, there was still a good amount of girls in there. 

Looking around the room, I opted to just take a seat near Honey's table. I could see the girls gushing over his cuteness, which made me smile inwardly. However, I didn't really come in here to see Honey. I was really looking forward to seeing Mori-kun. 

When I was around him, I was able to forget about my bad history with my parents. It just felt nice to be in his presence whenever I could. 

"Terra-chan!" Honey shouted, walking over towards me. He gazed at me happily. "Did you come here to see me?" 

"Not really." I muttered, an emotionless expression set upon my face. 

"Ooh! Did you come for Takashi then?" He asked, a smile still on his face. 

Holding in a blush, I nodded slowly, still portraying my emotionless gaze. 

Getting the hint, Honey ran over to get Mori-kun. My face felt like it was on fire when I saw him in my view. 

"Hello Terra." He spoke, his voice quiet as ever. 

I gave some sort of greeting, trying to be quiet as well. Come on, be more like yourself. You're not supposed to let your past bother you. The argument in my head bothered me, but instead, I held a decent conversation with Mori.

The day had finally come to an end as I made my way home. I held in a smile as I walked through the empty halls of Ouran. 

"Oh look! It's the commoner who thinks she can just talk to 

Mori-kun like that." A couple of girls formed a circle around me. Panic set in as I realized that any escape was impossible. 

"Please, move." I spoke, trying to not let the fear show on my face. 

"As if! We're going to teach you a lesson for hanging out with our Mori-kun." And with that, they started their beatings. 

To say it was little painful would be an understatement. They kept punching, kicking, slapping, and smacking till I was on the ground, my whole body aching with pain. 

"Stop." A quiet voice said from behind the girls. Immediately, I knew who that voice was and tried to hide my face, to hide the embarrassment I felt for easily being beaten up like this. 

"But the commoner should know her place." The girl who spoke first tried to protest. 

"Leave her alone." Mori then glared at the girls. 

I was a bit shocked that he would stick up for me, after all, those girls were right. I was just a commoner. 

Helping me up, Mori looked into my eyes as I got lost in his. I didn't realize it, but Mori's face was slowly leaning towards mine, inching closer and closer until our lips meant in a chaste kiss that ended as fast as it had begun. And then, he said the words I've wanted to hear since I met him. 

"I love you." 

Right then and there, I couldn't help the smile that etched itself upon my face.
