Hi, the names Serena Crystal. I'm a young girl with white flowing hair, Blue eyes that shimmer in the moonlight and a love for sports. I now understand why mom was envious of my eyes. Well enough about me more about my life at Raimon Junior School, Specifically The Football Club
2 YEARS AGO...
It was a morning like any other apart from the fact that today would be my first day attending Raimon Junior. There was one particular reason that attracted me to this School. Football. All the past schools I've attended had no sports related clubs. That is why Raimon was the best choice. I walked straight to the office asking for my timetable. I surveyed the building and realized I was in class 3B. I explored room after room until finally finding room 3B. "Hello you must be the new transfer student!" I jumped back only to find myself staring at a middle aged man in front of me. "I'm Mr Kataoka, I will be your new teacher this year. Follow me." I nodded as he opened the door, everyone silenced surprised to find a new student among them. "This is Serena Crystal please make her feel welcomed." he introduced. "Nice to meet you!" I smiled innocently. I needed to make a good first impression so I could fit in. "You take a seat next to Mark, Mark please raise your hand." The boy named Mark raised his hand excitedly, motioning towards the seat next to him. I took a seat and placed my notebook and stationary on the table. To my surprise I felt a nudge, it was that boy. What was his name......? Mark! "Hey are you interested in any sports?" I stammered for a few seconds before realizing he was waiting for a response. "Yeah, I like football..."
"WELL COME AND JOIN THE FOOTBALL CLUB!" Everyone in the room went silence and suddenly began laughing. I looked at Mark and noticed Mark had an embarrassed blush spread across his face. "Mr Evans, please contain your outburst for later." He nodded and got back to work. Football club.
Hmm... It wouldn't hurt to try it out, I mean I love football but how good is the team. What if their no good, how do I break it to them now that I've promised to join? I'll just decline. It is way too far out of my comfort zone since I have a hard time talking to strangers. What should I do? I thought to myself as I contemplated the pros and cons.
Class finally ended and the time has finally arrived. I need to decline Marks offer. But how? If i do decline they'll probably never talk to me for the rest of the school year. But then again if i do accept there would be so many people there. How would i ever communicate with them? Discuss strategies? I just can't take it no more! I need to decline for the better of the team. Hopefully i made the right decision...
