W-what? she thought when he said those words—words that have hidden meanings that made her feel curious—her drunkenness faded away. She looked at him with curious eyes, he just ignored her.

"What do you mean you know what it feels like? Did you experience it too?" she asked.

She doesn't even know if he understood what 'it' was.

He forced a chuckle, "Actually, I'm experiencing it right now."

She looked at him in shock. "A-are you even serious?" she questioned, not believing him. He just nodded.

"Why? Am I too attractive to be—what do you call it—heartbroken?" He once again laughed forcefully. She shook her head and rolled her eyes.

"Well, it's not that. I noticed that you forced yourself to be okay, but I thought you're just having a bad day or something," she reasoned out.

He looked at her, surprised that she noticed his hidden actions. Usually, when he is having a problem or a bad day, he will hide his emotions and pretend to be okay—and only close to him would know that he's hiding something. So that's why she surprised him.

"Are you a mind reader or maybe a psychologist?" he asked her with a small smile. She chuckled.

"No. You're pretty obvious actually."

"What? My friends would often tell me that I'm good at hiding my expressions and emotions."

"Well, to me, you're really obvious."

"Are you sure you're not a psychologist? Perhaps, a mind reader?"

"No. I swear. Now back to what you said earlier, what do you mean you're experiencing heartbreak right now?" she asked carefully.

"If I tell my sappy sad story to you, can you tell me yours too?" She contemplaited for a moment, but then agreed to him.

So, he told her his story and never once he saw her look away from him. She just looked at him in the eyes and listen to his story. He felt comfortable telling her everything. She didn't look at him sympathetically, rather she looked at him with a sad smile—telling him that she also felt it too. He felt a warm sensation in his stomach when their eyes met. He found her eyes captivating, with her cat-shaped eyes and its brown orbs that made him want to stare at them longer. After he told her everything, she sighed and gulped down her soju.

"You know, your ex is a bitch. Why did she even broke up with you on your monthsary? She should've just break up with you before your monthsary in that way, you won't get really really hurt," she said angrily. He chuckled at her words.

"You're right, but even if it's not on our monthsary, I will still get hurt right?" he looked at her meaningfully.

"True."

She sighed and she felt tears welling up. He noticed it and stayed silent.

"So, I'm now going to tell you my sappy sad story," she copied his choice of words. He nodded slowly, not sure if it's even alright if she'll tell him right now since she looked like she will break down any second.

"So, here's what happened..."
