How May I Feel?

Since I Do What I Do, What Does That Make Me?

Do you ever feel like the story of Christ is something

 Important that you need to tell,

But when it comes time to tell someone,

You suddenly 'forget' what you were going to say?

Have you ever smiled on the outside,

To cover the pain you feel on the inside?

How could you ever ask God for forgiveness for your sins every night,

Knowing the horrible things that you're planning to do tomorrow?

How many times do you have to say 'I'm sorry',

Before you actually mean it?

Based off of the many times that your Pastor says, “God is watching over you,”

 Or “God is all-knowing.” Why do we never heed his warning?

But, God did not put us on this earth to be perfect.

He just wants us to repent, and come to Him in our time of need.

Even though we don't often do it.

We are sinners.

I am, and so are you.

It doesn't mean we're a bad people,

That we have no morals,

Or that we're not worthy of someone's presence...

We just have to give it all up to God.

And that's what sets us apart from others.

It's what makes us Christians.
