calum hood
i was sitting in my bedroom playing the song i played for her. it has been two weeks, and till now i still don't know why she would just ignore me like this. no matter how hard i tried to at least ask her on why she wouldn't talk to me, she would just run the other direction. during my thoughts over this whole thing, i heard a knock on my door. it was michael.
"yo. where the hell have you been, man?" he asked. "don't tell me you've just been sitting here doing nothing but this"
i looked up at him with guilt kind of visible on my face. he sighed and sat on the small chair next to my bed.
"you shouldn't act like this over a girl you don't even know that well"
mikey's talk isn't really helping me in any way, but i really did needed someone to talk to.
"i know that michael, but seriously i did start liking her, and i know it doesn't really sound like me, but I did" i said looking down.
"i don't really know what to tell you bro. anyways i have to go, i'll see you in school"
"how the hell did you even get in?" i said seriously confused of his random entrance.
"your front door was open. you know, one day it won't be me walking into your home. start locking your door, you don't know who can just walk in" he said and went downstairs, eventually walking out of the house.
thanks for the advice mikey. really helpful.
i set my guitar aside, and called up ashton.
cal-"hey ashton"
ash-"hey bro, what's up?"
cal-"can I come over, kind of need to get out of the house"
ash-"yeah sure"
cal- "k i'll be over in around 10"
i hung up the phone and went downstairs grabbing my car keys, walking out of the house.
-
"so basically you can't talk to her at all, and she's ignoring you for no reason" ashton gave good advice in situations like this, so he was the only person to come to.
"yeah, pretty much" i said. "listen bro, I don't think shit like this has ever happened to me, but if something like this ever happened to me, i would do anything to just go back to the girl i like" he said.
i just want to know why she would just stop being friends with me. i didn't really say anything to potentially hurt her, or offend her in any way. "i'm gonna call her first"
ashton shrugged and continued to drink his beer, even though he kind of had an underaged teen with him.
i went into a different room and opened layla's contact, but was hesitating to ring it. fuxk, calum man up and call her. i clicked on the phone and held the phone against my ear. "hello?" i heard her voice on the other side of the phone. "calum, are you there?"
"hey lay" i said through the phone. "um, so what do you need?" she asked nervously. "why are you acting like you don't know me layla, please tell me" i begged.
"cal, its complicated please understand. i really do like you calum, but i can't do anything" she said, and hung up the phone.
i threw my phone somewhere in the room and walked out to where ashton was. "how'd it go kid?"
i just looked down and shook my head. "kid what can i tell you, some things aren't meant to be" he said patting my back. "just sit and have a drink, and by drink i mean some soda you're underaged and i'm the responsible one here" he said laughing.
i chuckled and grabbed a drink from his fridge sitting back down. "lets just watch a few movies to make you feel better" ashton kept in some random scary movie, and we relaxed and watched it.
-
i left ashton's house after finishing the movie, and also getting an angry call from my sister for leaving the house without permission. even though i'm basically an adult.
i was currently scrolling through twitter checking out random tweets, also having random memes pop up because of michael retweeting a shit ton of them.
i just locked my phone and laid on my head looking up at the ceiling, but then realizing i had random shopping bags by my door. layla's clothes.
shit i forgot to give them to her.
i looked out my window looking into her room, which is totally making me look like a pervert but who cares. i checked and all her lights were on which meant she was awake.
i just wanted to see her one last time, just talk to her about total random shit but i just wanted to see her again. so the most dumbest idea came into my head which will probably really get me into trouble, but it'll be fuxking worth it.
i slid open my window and climbed out shutting it slowly so no one hears me. i jumped down and jogged over to the side of her house. i thought of ideas to get up there to sneak into her room, because i knew there was no way in hell she was gonna let me in. ok calum, its official, you are a total fuxking pervert.

layla brown
i was getting ready to get to bed so i went to the bathroom to change my clothes and brush my teeth. while i was removing my face mask, a loud thud came from my bedroom but it was probably just some noise from outside.
i finished up in the bathroom and walked out to get to bed. something started rustling around in the corner of my room which scared the living shit out of me, and made me scream like a total 5 year old.
the person put his hand across my mouth to make me shut up.
"shut up someone will hear you" the person said, which did make me shut up since i didn't know what he can do to me.
i swatted the person's hand away from my mouth. "who the hell are you and what are you doing in my room?" I whisper-shouted.
he slowly started walking towards the one source of light that was coming through my window, revealing his face..
