~+~(y/n)'s POV~+~

After the fight we headed back towards the dorms to rest up back again. Jay had my arm around his shoulder and helped me walk, which was sort of his way of making up for taking it so far. We could hear some cheering from the combatant's waiting room, but most notable was the sound of footsteps rushing over towards our position. When we turned a corner we saw where the commotion was coming from. All the RWBY girls and Guy were running towards us. Blake came rushing towards us with a deathly glare aimed at Jay. She kept looking at him like that until she turned towards me and hugged me. Jay gave us some space as he stepped back and time seemed to slow down, giving it an eternal feeling. Unfortunately for me Blake ended it and stared at me with worry in her eyes.

(y/n): Soooo, how was it?

She plainly ignored my question as she walked straight past me towards Jay. Her glare was enough to send shivers down everyone's spine. He slowly moved backwards until he had his back to the wall. Meanwhile Ruby and the others were staring in fear at the poor boy.

Blake: DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MAD I AM!?!?!
Jay: I-I-

Blake: You have gone WAY too far with this battle! You could have seriously hurt him. *turns around* AND YOU!

I freeze... She walks closer and moves her hand to slap my face. I brace myself for the incoming pain, but it never came.

Blake: You just HAD to keep playing around until he started to become actually dangerous?!

(y/n): I ... I'm sorry.

Blake: I care for you! I don't want to see you hurt, do you understand?! If you were to get seriously hurt, I-I *tears start forming* I don't know what I would do...

The rest of her team put their hands on her shoulder to calm her down and she turned to smile at them, the tears still clearly present in her eyes.

~+~3rd POV~+~

Then (y/n) walked towards Blake and hugs her from behind. She didn't see that coming and jumps a little. She then turns around, but still doesn't really hug me back. He kisses her on the forehead and rubs his hand along her back trying to sooth her. Then Jay walks up to them. His eyes had been cast downwards in shame during the whole conversation. As he looks up his eyes shine with his resolve. While his look is sad, his eyes show clear determination.

Jay: I accept every form of punishment you have in mind. I have taken it too far and I thoroughly apologize for that. I let my emotions cloud my judgment, which is inexcusable. I hope you can forgive me. Feel free to punish me as much as you think is needed.

Blake seems to think about it for a quick second, but eventually sighs. The others had looked at her with some fear for the overprotective Faunus, while (y/n) knew she would do the right thing. She slowly walked towards him. He didn't move an inch and kept his gaze focused on Blake. She smiled a little as she flicked his forehead. Jay blinked a few times before he looked at her questioningly.

Blake: It's not like I want to punish you, you idiot. I was just worried because you took the fight too far.

Jay: *mumbling* Not my fault he told me about how he hit Ruby...

Guy: You did what?!

Weiss: You are such a dolt!

Yang: Welp, I don't fault him for hurting you anymore...

Blake: Jay, you are forgiven... As for you -

She turns her neck in a creepy manner towards the young man, as a horrendous aura starts to form around her body.
