"Hello? HELLO?!!!", someone called out, touching my cheek. "Earth to Crissy!". I looked forward, getting out of my own world. It was Kai. "Why are you touching my cheek", I said in my head. Kai immediately saw me staring at him. He was so close to my face, I had to back up just to get him away. "Hi Kai.", I say, staring at him weirdly. "Hey!", Kai says, looking like he was trying to impress me or something.
I just stare at him like "The heck.".
"So....", I said slowly. "How...was training..". Kai finally got himself together. "Yeah, uh...good...great..good.", Kai stuttered. "Why you.....ask.".
I stared at him again, pushing a large bang out of my face. Kai just went from extremely confident to charmingly awkward. Like me.
I told you Kai might have feeling for me. I never told him that I knew, cause sometimes it gets annoying, and sometimes, it's hilarious.
One time, Kai tried to impress me by playing basketball against the basketball team. Since Kai has never played basketball in his life, I can tell you he's terrible! He was knocked down several times, and he fell backwards. I was sitting with a "I don't believe this" face, but inside, I was cracking up.
By himself.
So Cole had to take over. He was ok, but he was better than Kai. I just stared the whole time. (I thought he was good) Zane said he could not play, because the ball may crush his metal.
So I could tell Kai wanted me to ask him about something, cause he was just standing there. "Umm..", I said. "So, this is weird...".
"STUDENTS!", called Sensei Wu. "I have an announcement.".
Free-dom!!! Kai winks at me, like Cole did, and walks out of my room. I follow him out, along with Jay, Zane, Nya, and Cole. I wonder what Sensei Wu wanted to tell us.
