Awkward Positions

'Gooood morning campers!'

The group of teens groaned at the cheerfulness of davids voice. How can someone be so full of energy in the mornings?
'Oh I'm so excited for today's activity! Today we're having a scavenger hunt! Hosted by the wonderful Mr. Cameron Campbell'. As if on cue, a tall, brawny man walked in with a wide smile on his face.

'You kids are going around the area to scout some items that will make me mone- I-I mean, participate in a group activity to get closer with your fellow campers! Isn't that exciting! ' He said, passing out a list to everyone .

'But we haven't had breakfast y-'

'Well if you don't find those items then I guess you'll all won't have the special 'breakfast'' Cambell said. 'Oooo! What's the special breakfast!' Nikki asked.

'Omlets.'

As soon as the word left his mouth the campers all rushed out the door.

'Its been almost twenty minutes and we've only found one items' you sighed , holding a small Ziploc bag full of tree bark. 'A-At this rate were all going to starve to death!'.
'Make that two items under twenty minutes' Jade grunted, pulling at a tree root. After a long tug the root came out flying , causing jade to stumble backwards. You ran to catch the root but ended up tripping. You closed your eyes shut and expected the hard surface of the dirt floor, but instead fell onto something squishy. Opening you eyes you meet the angry gaze of.....max!?

You felt your face heat up noticing that you were inches away from his face. 'Wait....his eyes' you thought. 'They'er....pretty....' you whispered. 'W-what?!' He asked in confusion. You snapped out of thought and quickly got off of him. Apologizing profusely. 'I-Its fine. Just watch where your fucking going. Honestly, who in their right mind would run in the damn WOODS!'.

'Ha! I got the root!!!' Harrison yelled. Waving it around like it was some kind of trophy. 'Two more items to g-' A small figure tackled the magician. Harrison yelped, facing a rather angry jade. 'Mira nino.' She began. 'I had to TOUCH animal crap to get the pinche thing. SO IT RIGHTFULLY BELONGS TO ME!'. Being in a.....very.....akward position Harrison blushed in embarrassment. Jade had pinned him down , making him face her.'T-Take it!' He managed to spit out. ' Gracias!' She angrily thanked as she grabbed the root. Getting off of him she threw the root towards you. After successfully catching it you looked over at max. 'How many items have you collected??' You asked. 'None. This scavenger hunt is stupid ! Mr.campbell is just making us look for fucking ingredients to make soap and other shitty things to sell!' He complained. 'B-But if you fucking want, I CAN help you look for the other items.' Your eyes lit up as you smiled at him. 'Dont look to much into this!'
