MI6 Office, London
14th December, 0700 hrs. :"Morning." David greeted the secretary as he walked past the security counter, with a third cup of coffee in his hands. "Mr. Anderson wants to meet you." She replied.
Shit.
"Ok, I'll meet him in ten minutes." David mumbled, and started walking.
And ran smack into Shane William. Standing at 6' 7", he was a giant. "Uhh, sorry." And David started speed walking. "Thankfully that coffee wasn't spilt. No problem."Shane walked into the door jokingly called 'Portal' by MI6 employees.
He was to be briefed today about a special operation requiring both brute force and technological miracle at the same time. 54 would have been better at this op, he was wondering when Cypher walked in. His personal information was unknown. Hence he was called Cypher. "We are sending you in with some ground-pounders. Is that okay with you?" The Cypher asked, without a tinge of expression.
"As long as they stay outta my way, I'm good." Shane had some pretty bad experiences working with the USMC.
They were literal ground-pounders. All you had to do was point in the direction of danger and get the hell out of their way. They did not take hostages, in fact, they left nothing to enquire or examine. And he wasn't a big fan of that.
"Ok, infil is inbound in 2 hrs. Boot up and good luck for this op." The Cypher said and walked through the door only he opened.
Well, now or never, Shane took the files left intentionally on the table and walked out.
