i don't want to interrupt the story but uh the joke is, kiss in japanese is kisu キス so when he's gonna say kiss he only says ki, and then says kimochi warui tto itta.気持ち(kimochi)悪い(warui)っと言った(tto itta) as a sort of a cover up. which basically means (in this context at least) "she said i was a creep" or "she called me a creep".
Point of view: midoriya izuku
"nani?" I don't think I can really believe my ears. He? They? Wha-?
Shouto seems to note my obvious surprise and confusion. "When she came to visit you, she saw me ki-" he seems to realize what he's saying and his face goes red. "Ki?" He pales,"「気持ち悪いっと言った。」" I don't really understand but I nod. "Why would she say that?" He's ready this time and says,"Because I spend all my time here." I want to be relieved but surely Todo- I mean Shouto is upset about it?
I feel as if he's hiding something from me. Sooner or later, I'll figure out what it is. But for now, it's time to find Uraraka, even if she isn't his girlfriend anymore, because she's still an important friend.
I look at the mint green curtains for the last time, and I hold my hand out to Shouto. "Let's go"

We leave the hospital, but since Izuku finds it hard to walk, I called over the nurse who brings him a wheelchair.
