Fox in the Akatsuki (Suigetsu Love Story)

Chapter 4

It's been three years and I was on a mission of my own to run around in the woods right now. I was 16 and no one was with me so I figured I was safe. Especially Hidan. I buried his scythe outside and made a gravestone for it so....I made my own mission of survival. I accidentally tripped on a vine and hit a few branches. I noticed some people in my way. One especially.

"LOOK OUT!" I yelled and it got his attention but he was too slow. I crashed into him and I felt the others stare at us. I realized I was on his chest and I blushed from embarrassment. I quickly got off him so I didn't embarrass myself anymore than I already was. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to-" the boy I ran into cut me off.

"Kirra?" I looked at him with my ears perked up. He looked like....

"Suigetsu?" I whispered to myself and he sat up then yanked on my fox ear. I yelped and bit his arm out of instinct. He quickly retracted his arm back.

"Ouch!" I glared at him and rubbed my fox ear that Suigetsu yanked on.

"That hurts!" I barked at him and he glared back.

"You're the one who bit my arm and that hurts worse than your ear being yanked!"

"Yeah well i'm only half fox, fishy! All right?! And that doesn't mean you can yank on my ears and tail! And I also had to defend myself somehow!" after I said that, he sat there frozen like he was speechless. I started to laugh a bit at Suigetsu as he crossed his arms and mumbled.

"Suigetsu, enough." a boy said. I looked over and saw the same boy as from three years ago. Same raven hair and onyx eyes. "Who are you?" He asked me. I laughed sheepishly.

"Sorry. I guess I forgot. I'm Kirra. I grew up with Suigetsu here." I pointed at him.

"I'm Sasuke and this is Karin and Jugo." The boy, Sasuke said in a monotone voice and the girl, Karin was hugging his arm. Like always, Suigetsu knew I was confused and and leaned over to my ear while keeping his mouth hidden from their view.

"She likes to flirt with him because she likes him. She's basically a hot headed annoying bitch at times. Which is, all the time." he backed away from me after explaining and I looked at her and sighed.

-Could've just said a hot headed, annoying, bitchy fan girl to shorten it Fishy.- I put on a poker face anyways.

"So, where you guys going? You look like your heading to the Akatsuki Hideout." Me and Suigetsu stood up as Sasuke nodded in approval. "All right. Follow me." then I walked ahead of them.

When we got to the hideout, I did hand signs and teleported myself leaving behind a water clone right where i was without a puff of smoke or anything. The water clone did the hand signs to enter and I just watched from the window of my room.

*Water Clone's POV*

The boulder lifted and we went inside. Once we got inside, Hidan saw me and glared at me then cut me in half with his scythe for earlier. I saw everyone surprised and shocked except Hidan who just smirked. And Suigetsu had tears falling down his face.

"Kirra!" Suigetsu cried out before I turned into a pile of water leaving everyone confused and clueless.

*Kirra's POV*

I saw Konan open my bedroom door and let them in. I stood up and smiled.

"Hey guys! How's it going?" Karin punched me in the face and I stumbled back a bit as Suigetsu punched her back. He hugged me once I regained my balance. I blushed a bit and felt a couple tears hit my shoulder. I smirked and my blush went away as I pulled away.

"Aww. Did Suigie get upset because Hidan sliced my Water Clone in half?" I asked in my cute voice that always worked in making Suigetsu blush. He blushed a bit and wiped his tears away then glared at me.

"No. You just worried me." he said half angry and half sad. I smiled and giggled.

"Let's get some rest. We'll be leaving in a few weeks." Sasuke said as they left the room. Suigetsu laid down on my bed.

"Do you not work with anyone here or do you just go solo?" I smiled a bit more.

"Yeah. I work with Zetsu. But, I'm mostly solo. So, Pein had my own room set up for me." I didn't notice the sword on Suigetsu's back until now. "Uh, Fishy? Isn't that Zabuza's sword?" He sighed.

"Yeah. He's dead so i decided to collect all of the swords of the Seven Swordsmen." he looked at the sword. I rubbed my neck.

"Oh. Right." After I said that, there was a crash in my closet and I winced a bit at it. Suigetsu bolted up looking between me and the closet.
