chapter 5

Jack's POV

We spent Christmas with my family. Were back I'm LA now. I loved Christmas but were going on tour today.We won't be back for about three months. Kayla can't come with us , which sucks.

I'm super happy to go on tour though.
All five of us were all packing when we heard the door open.

"Hello" our manager said.
"Hey" we all said.

We stopped packing and went out to greet him. We all sat down to go over our tour plan. The bus leaves at 4:50pm today. It's currently 11:34am.

We fished the plan and went back to packing.

~3:30pm~

I want to say goodbye to Kayla before we leave. She's on her way. We won't get much time together.

Kayla finally arrived . She walked in and we greeted each other.

"Hi beautiful " I said.
"Hi" she said back smiling.
" I love that smile" I said.
" I love that face" she said back.
We both laughed. I took her hand and led her to the living room.

"Guys look who's here" I said.

"Kayla!" They all yelled.
"Why Don't We Boys" she yelled back and started laughing.

We all went outside and Daniel had his guitar. We all just started singing a mashup.

Zach looked a little sad cause he doesn't exactly get to say goodbye to kat cause she's in New York for a photo shoot.

I fell bad but they'll still talk as much as they can.

As for how I'm going to say goodbye to Kayla well I have no clue yet. It was now 4:10pm.

"I'll drive you all to the bus" Kayla said.

"I'll call shotgun " Daniel yelled.
"Dang it Daniel" Jonah said.
We all laughed at them.

"Hey Jack since I love you , you can ride shotgun" Daniel said with a wink.

I just winked back. Kayla saw and laughed.
She has such a pretty laugh I'm gonna miss it for 3 months. People say long distance relationships rarely work out. I hope it works out for us.

We arrived at the bus and it was time to say goodbye. We all grabbed our suit cases and loaded them on the bus. Everyone hugged kayla and said "bye". And then It was my turn.

I put my hands in my Jean pockets and looked at he ground.

"Sooo do I get a goodbye from the famous Jack Avery" Kayla said.

"No, I'm not gonna say goodbye. Because goodbye means forgetting and I never wanna forget you or leave you. I wish I could take you with me." I said looking up at her.

"I know Jack, but your going on tour. Your doing what you love and you'll just have to do it without me. I'll be here waiting when you get back." Kayla said.

"I'll text, call , and snap as much as I can, I love you Kayla." I said hugging her, I never wanted to let go of that hug. " i love you too" she said pulling out of the hug. I looked her in the eyes. I could see she didn't want to say goodbye either. I leaned in and she started leaning in too. And soon our lips collided. I felt fireworks in my stomach.

We soon stopped and she grabbed my hand. I smiled and she did too. I started to walk to the bus slowly leaving her had. I got to the door of the bus and looked back at her and smiled and then got on the bus.

I wanted to cry but I didn't want to cry on the bus. She was standing there as I looked out of the window. She waved and all waved back. I saw a tear slip out of her eye and down her face.
